3rd person POV
Wow we actually won for once!" "Ya. Who's the girl though?" "Why'd you make me bring her back Jinx?" "The titans were worried about her. She must be important to them. We'll hold her for ransom. Put her on the couch until she wakes up." Mammoth nods and tosses her on the couch. Billy Numerous quickly shoves the unconscious girl to one side and flops down to start playing video games with himself, quickly starting yelling at his copies about lasers and shields in a racing game of some sort. The rest of the team quickly following suit going to do their regular activities. Mammoth went and started eating everything in the fridge, Jinx and See-More went to the computer looking for another place to rob, Kyd Wykkyd went to his room to do who knows what, and Gizmo went to the workshop to work on his latest invention after moving the girl to a cage.
Yn POV
I slowly open my eyes, still heavy from sleep. My eyes quickly widen. This isn't where I where before! I frantically turn in circles trying to find any clues as to where I am. Nothing. I spot a boy wearing a green
one-eyed helmet peek around a corner before disappearing again. "Jinx the girl is awake!" I wait for a few seconds before seeing a girl with pink hair come into the room, followed by a boy in red, a giant, one with a cape, and a short bald kid. "Why am I here?" "That's... actually a good question... why is she here Jinx," asks the one eyed kid. "I already told you! She must be friends with the Titans so we're holding her for ransom." "They won't pay it. We had a fight and I left. They don't care about me anymore." "We will see." Turning to a large computer of some sort she calls the Titans. "Jinx! What do you want?" I hear Robin's voice. I look up and see him on the screen, the rest of the team quickly running into the living room to join him. "I believe we may have a friend of yours," Jinx says, stepping aside and gesturing to me. "Y/n! Why do you have her?" "We found her passed out on the street," the one eyed kid speaks up. "Y/n! Are you the ok?" I hear Starfire. "Give her back!" Robin shouts. "Five thousand." "What?" "Give us five thousand and then you can have her back. Go to  (name of church) leave it under the mat of the abandoned house nearby it. You must be there at exactly six o'clock. No earlier. And you take her and leave. Do nothing else." "Fine! We'll be there. You better give her back." The screen turns to black. "Told you they'd pay."
I remember seeing a clock saying five o'clock. They put a blindfold on me and a bag over my head. "Can you still breathe?" Asks the boy in red. I nod. He guides me out the door and into a car of some sort. I hear five more people get in and someone starts driving. I think we probably drove for a half hour until they finally took off the bag and blindfold and sat me on the porch of a dilapidated house. They go inside and I hear their steps quickly pounding up what sounds like creaky old wooden steps. I wait for what feels like hours. I know it can't be because we left at five then drove for a while. "What time is it?" I yell at the house. I hear the small one speak up. "Five fifty five now shut your trap!"
After what must have been the most boring five minutes I see the T-car pull up. Starfire immediately jumps out and tackles me in a hug. "You are the alright!" She yells. Robin pulls an envelope out of his pocket and puts it under the mat, before pulling me into the car and driving away.
"Are you sure you're ok? They didn't hurt you?" "Robin I'm fine." "Good. Go rest. Cyborg is making dinner." "It'll be ready in about a hour!" He calls from the kitchen. "Fine. Don't expect me to stay." I go to my room and start reading one of my many books until Cyborg calls us to dinner.
When I'm done eating I wait for everyone to go to bed. Starfire and Beast Boy came and told me they were glad I was back before going to their rooms. Sure. I go in my closet and start digging around for a suit case or backpack. I finally find a large backpack, like one a Boy Scout might take on a hiking camp out. (They are slightly bigger than a backpack you would use for high school or middle school) I stuff in some shirts, under garments, and shorts. I go to the kitchen and fill a ziplock with cheese crackers and gummy worms. I grab a bottle of water from the fridge and tape paper towel around it to help keep it cold longer.
Going back to my room I hear Beast Boy's door open and I quickly slip into my room before he can see me. I drop the zip lock into the front pocket and put the water bottle in the side net thing for holding water bottles that school kids put pencils and things in when they're to lazy to pull their binder out of the backpack. I open the middle zipper and put a rolled up blanket and my (f/s/a) (Favorite stuffed animal) inside along with some pajamas and basic hygiene things like my toothbrush and shower gel. I think about taking my communicator but quickly decide against it. Instead I grab it off my nightstand and pry off the back panel and grab my knife and cut the wires braking it before dropping the knife into the backpack too.
I go down the long hallway being as quiet as I can as to not wake anyone up, ducking behind a table once when Beast Boy came out of the bathroom. Luckily he didn't see me and he disappears into his room, the door sliding shut behind him.
I finally make it out of the tower and then realize... HOW AM I GONNA GET OFF THIS ISLAND? I pace back and forth a few times before I realize I should hide incase one of the team members wakes up and happens to look out a window. I spot a bush and quickly cram myself into it as well as I could. Think think think. How far is it to land? To far to swim I know that. Then I see a tree stump with an axe placed there because it's convenient to the author. Perfect! ... sorta. I grab the axe and start swinging sideways at the stump until I get a thick circle. Then I grab some sticks and tie vines to make a paddle. I push my new "boat" the the edge of the water and strip to my under garments incase I fall in and put them in the backpack. Putting the backpack on I shove the log thing into the water and scramble onto it. It wobbles dangerously and almost flips over. I grab my paddle and start paddling towards land hoping to be hidden by the darkness.
Three quarters of the way the wood flipped over. Somehow I managed to keep my backpack dry but now I am soaking wet and shivering. Not to mention its the middle of the night and all I'm wearing is my underwear and a bra. Which are cold and wet and will probably stick to me and make me colder when I get out. When I finally make it to land I quickly scramble onto the shore, my backpack falling off my head and onto the rocks. A teenager comes running over. I instantly recognize him as the one eyes boy from the Hive Five. "Well this definitely isn't something you see everyday," he states staring at me confused. "Just help me up." He does and looks at me again. "Aren't you that girl that we held for ransom?" "Ya. I don't want to be apart of the Titans. They don't appreciate me and I'll never be a hero. So I'd like to join your team." At that his mouth drops open shocked.
