Hood and Redd sat at the island counter as they grubbed on the food in front of them. They always helped me when I needed it so as a courtesy I made dinner and invited them over to eat. I made way too much food so it wasn't a problem either way. They sat outside in their cars for hours on end sometimes. I felt bad no inviting them in from time to time and treating them to some food. I could only imagine how bored they must get and figured it wouldn't hurt. I also invited Cole and Bas over so show them I appreciated them for everything they have done for me thus far. I knew it wasn't much but it was something. Bas and Cole were sitting in the living room eating. They said they needed to make a private phone call so I was in the kitchen washing some dishes.
Krystal and MJ sat in the living room as they watched cartoons and played with their toys. Melanie and Ty wanted some time alone so I volunteered to take him for the night. I knew Momma didn't mind but I wanted to give her a break as well. I loved spending time with MJ and so far he's really opened up to me and accepted me as his godmother/aunt. Krystal and him have grown really close over the short period of time they spent together. They were always asking to play with one another. I'm just glad she had someone her age that she could bond with. I saw them growing up to having a really close relationship. A brotherly and sisterly bond that couldn't be broken.
My phone dinged indicating a text message had come through. I was texting in a group chat with Tina and Sharea. I was trying to set up a girls night but of course, Tina was acting funny about it. Melanie still felt some way about Tina but I hoped for the sake of me they could put their feelings aside for one night. She still felt like Tina was fake and had a motive. I tried to convince her numerous amount of times that she had changed but she and Carlos were not buying it. I understood where they were coming from but if I could see the change in Tina they should at least trust my judgment. I honestly needed this girls night after everything I've been through this far. A nice night with my all of my girls and Carlos was well needed.

I texted her back and let her know that was okay as I leaned over the countertop as I rested my elbows on the counter. It's been a couple days since my argument with Chris. We haven't spoken words to one another unless it was about Krystal. We had said to me cut me deep. Sometimes I couldn't believe the words that actually came out his mouth. To think he could disrespect me was wrong, especially in front of Krystal. I didn't know why he was treating me like I was just some random bitch in the street. I know he wanted to work out things between us but I wasn't ready to. That was too big of a commitment for right now. I needed to focus on reclaiming Krystal and I's life in the real world. Yes, I was still having fun with Cole but that's all it really was. Plus he was a great friend of mines.
