Silver Linings {A TVD Fanfic trilogy}

I woke up and took a deep breath. I was in the trunk of a car and Elena was next to me. "Elena." I whispered. I tried to reach up but it hurt my shoulder too much- plus I was tied up. I don't think I was bleeding anymore but I still hurt really bad. I was worried if Elena was okay. I noticed blood on the exact same parts of her shirt as was on me.

All the sudden the car stopped. A man opened the trunk and the sun shined over me. How long had I been asleep? "Good morning sunshine." A guy with brown hair said as he put a cloth over my mouth and I tried to yell. "And goodnight." He added as I lost consciousness once again.

I woke up again and I saw Elena. I noticed my head was laying on her lap. "What's going on?" I asked as she looked at me worried.

"We were kidnapped. I don't know who or why." She replied as I sighed lightly. I went to reach for my stake under my dress but it was gone.

I noticed a guy walking over, different from the one before but he also had brown hair. "Looks like someone finally woke up." He commented walking over to me as he lifted me up and moved my head. I knew what he was trying to do.

"Do it. I dare you." I replied weakly but not out of choice.

"Gladly." He replied as his fangs showed and he was about to chomp down.

"Trevor! How many times do I have to tell you to show restraint." A woman walked over. She had a flowing bob but her hair just looked sort of spiky. My vision was a little blurry so I couldn't really make out a face.

"What do you want with us?" Elena asked as I laid back on the couch in pain. I'd obviously lost a lot of blood which was clearly shown in streaks on my arm and my back.

"Wow you look just like her." The woman looked to Elena as she started coming over. "And to think she has a twin connected by blood." She added astounded.

"But I'm not her." Elena replied.

"I know. Be quiet." The woman warned.

"Please. We aren't Katherine." Elena replied as she stood up and walked to her.

"I said be quiet." The woman said again.

"Elena." I spoke almost in a whisper.

"What do you want?" Elena urged the woman as she ignored me.

The woman slapped her so hard she rammed into the couch. "What the hell." I said looking at the woman.

"I want you to be quiet." She replied looking at Elena. She walked away and I looked at Elena worried. She was unconscious.

"Elena." I called quietly. I reached over to her worried. "I'm here." I assured as I kept my hand on her arm. I could barely move without feeling like I ran an entire marathon.

I sat there quietly for a while. The man and woman were arguing but I was too out of it to hear the words. Elena started waking up and she looked at me. "Emma." She said with a sigh. "How hurt are you?" She asked worried as she put a hand on her face, probably where the pain from the slap was.

"Honestly not good. What happened?" I asked confused.

"We were linked to Katherine. Whatever Damon and Stefan did to her it went to us." She explained as I nodded. "Bonnie was able to stop my pain, but we must've been unlinked by then and it didn't go through to you." She explained as I nodded. I heard the man and woman still arguing and I looked to Elena.

"Try to get out. Get help and come back for me." I looked to her as I held my arm. The blood was dried but the hole was still very there.
