"He what?" I asked almost about to laugh. Apparently Elena ran into my dad walking across her hallway in underwear. I knew he had been staying over their the past few days but he wasn't technically supposed to get caught which made it hilarious.

"Yeah and then he offered me ice cream. It was really weird but I need you to come over today. Damon and Stefan want to talk about what's going on with Klaus." Elena said through the phone. She seemed on edge.

"I'll be over there soon. "I replied before hanging up. I got up and went to her house. When I got there, Damon and Stefan were already there.

"What did I miss?" I asked as I saw them all standing in the kitchen.

"They want to destroy the moonstone." Elena said as I nodded.

"Good idea but won't Klaus still want to kill everyone?" I asked curiously. I remembered Elena telling me that after Katherine turned he killed her whole family anyway.

"That's what I said." Elena nodded as she looked at me. "Besides how are we gonna get it from Katherine anyway?"

"We are going to take it from her." Stefan nodded but he didn't give description. I furrowed my eyebrows confused.

"What he means is that we will pry it out of her cold dead hand if we have to." Damon smiled manically for a second.

"Bonnie said she'll help open the deal. We get the moonstone get out and it's done." Stefan nodded.

"Hello? Who cares how we do it. How can we do it and be sure no ones going to die?" I asked crossing my arms.

"I don't want you to do it." Elena looked at the counter. "I can't risk everyone I care about getting hurt." Damon looked at me for help to side with him.

"My family is limited. It's not hard to kill three normal people." I shrugged. "It's a lot of risk."

"But we don't have a choice." Stefan looked at us both worried. "If we despell the moonstone we save Elena's life."

"I know. Everyone keeps saying that." Elena sadly got up and walked to the hallway.

"Yeah she wants to live but not if it means she lives without everyone she cares about." I looked at them worried. "I can't let that happen to her."

"She's probably heading to school. I'm gonna catch a ride." I got up and went to her. It was a quiet ride to school.

"Emma." I heard as I saw Tyler.

"Hey." I walked over to him.

"You never told me how you know." He said looking to me.

"Let's just say my mom was a folklore freak and my dad took on the work." I said as I nodded. "Have you thought about the full moon coming?" I asked curiously.

"Caroline asked me the same thing." He nodded.

"What has Caroline told you?" I asked curiously.

"What do you already know?" He asked back.

"I'll talk to her first. Figure everything out." I nodded. I didn't need him knowing more than he already did. "You don't seem worried."

"I mean I don't even know what is going on." He shook his head with a shrug. The bell rung and I looked at him.

"I gotta get to class. I'll talk to you later and we will figure everything out."

"You don't have to help you know." He looked at me and shook his head.

"Do you not want me to?" I asked confused.

"I just don't want you to get hurt. My uncle Mason was one. He almost killed Caroline and I don't want to hurt you." He explained as I smiled.
