Jack
Elsa and Jack trudged up out of the cave opening dirty, tired, and relieved. The snowy mountaintop looked so serene; it was hard to believe that something so violent could’ve taken place somewhere so peaceful. Before they reached the end of the Sand-covered plateau, Jack froze the ground over with a layer of frost so that there was no longer any trace of the Boogeyman.
“We finally did it,” Elsa whispered, “and nobody will ever know.” Jack nodded quietly.
“That’s the life of a Guardian,” Jack concluded. He was feeling a sense of dread; tomorrow was his last day in Arendelle. He rubbed the cold surface of the glass sphere still tucked into his pocket.
“I know now!” A cheerful but cautious voice exclaimed. A figure in a green dress was running up to them from behind a boulder.
“Anna!” Elsa rushed over to hug her sister, “Did you follow Jack here? You could’ve been hurt!”
Anna answered with, “Yes. I just knew there was something going on, and I didn’t want you to get hurt. But I see that you don’t need me to protect you anymore.” She gave a smile to Jack, which he returned. “I saw you two defeat him. I don’t entirely understand what I saw, but I know that you probably saved a lot of people from that monster.”

The twenty-four hours Jack had left in Arendelle came and left like a summer breeze. It was spent with Jack meeting Olaf and Kristoff, recounting their adventure to Anna, and just talking with Elsa. But just as the sun was setting on the next day, Jack snuck down the stairs while Elsa was eating dinner with Anna. He wanted to take as much time as possible, so he walked out into the courtyard, snow globe in his hand. He took in the grassy hills and snowy mountains of Arendelle one last time before preparing to toss the snow globe into the air. Then a beautiful voice pierced the evening.
“Jack!” Elsa called, running after him. Anna, Olaf, Sven, and Kristoff were all following her looking concerned.
