So Ra woke up to a blinding light and she immediately winced at both the pain and the sunlight that came through her window.

Eyes swollen from yesterday's non-stop crying, So Ra somehow felt at peace today.

Spring looked absolutely lovely and So Ra smiled. Her hand subconsciously went to her belly and stopped.

She was so used to rubbing circles on her round stomach when she was still pregnant that she still did it.

The baby wasn't there anymore. What replaced was a line where they cut her skin to let the baby out.

Her room was quiet. It was still too early in the morning and no one was around.

The door opened and she saw a nurse coming in, the woman's smile was comforting so she smiled back.

"Here's your breakfast. Make sure you eat a lot. You need it."

So Ra nodded, still smiling softly. "Thank you."

"You feeling better?"

She nodded again. It had been two days since she was rushed to the hospital and Yoongi hadn't come once. She had dreamt of him a few times, missing him too much.

Her parents came yesterday, and left shortly after.

"Much better." So Ra said. Her voice was a little husky, so she reached for the water and drank it. It felt like she hadn't drank a drop for a long time.

Hearing the door again, So Ra smiled seeing the face she had missed. The face she wanted to wake up to, one she would never get bored by staring at it even for a lifetime.

"Hi baby..." So Ra reached out to her daughter, all bundled up in a pink warm fleece, fresh from the bath, scented like heaven and baby powder.

The other nurse pushed the rolling crib next to her bed and she placed her baby in her arms, slipping one shoulder off of her nursing gown and fed the small infant.

Yesterday was harsh for So Ra, not being able to feed her baby her own milk since it hadn't come out yet and she really wanted to do it.

Crying made things worse as the nurses told her so after hours of crying out of frustration, last night she finally succeeded.

"Have you decided on the name yet?" One of the nurses asked her.

So Ra smiled a little. "Not yet."

"What does the father think?" The other one chipped in.

The real one? Wanted nothing to do with it. The one who took care of her and me... "I don't know yet. He hasn't decided too."

"But he's so sweet."

So Ra frowned. "You've met him?"

"Of course. He's been here every night cradling the little lady to sleep."
