"Like Seriously Mom?"Manik shout loudly.

"Keep your voice down Manu."Nyonika scolds her angry but most probably a shocked son.

"Ok, Ma."Manik grumble and then continue, "So you are telling me that Nandini or if it's her real name or not just lost her memory?"Manik questions her Mom while whispering in her ear.

Well, duh didn't she say to keep your voice down.

"Yes she lost her memory and why are you whispering?"Nyonika asked her son.

"Ma I am whispering because you asked me to keep my voice down. Remember."Manik again whispers in Nyonika ear.

"I told you to keep your voice down, not to whisper in my ear."Nyonika amusingly told her Manu who make a face at her.

"OK, but can you tell me how she lost her memory and top of that what she is doing here when she should be in her home or maybe a hospital."Manik fired his query to her mom in a normal tone.

"Ok, so when I was coming home from Mangalore on the outskirt of Mumbai our car hit someone. When I got out I find a girl in the disheveled state on road. Her head is bleeding and when I go to her she just told me to help her and then she lost her consciousness."Nyonika informs Manik with a far look on her face.

"Ya so after that I admit her to the hospital and when I go to see her she doesn't remember anything, not even her name. I consulted a doctor and he told me that she is going through partial amnesia. Her memory can be back in a month, a year or it took a lifetime and if we force her to remember then there is a chance that she can sleep in a coma."Nyonika breathes out and looks at her son to see him lost in her talk.

"So Ya I go to meet her and she was just so cute and happy. She asks me that can she call me Ma and just seeing her innocent face I can't stop her and then she keep playing with kids in the ward and joking with another patient. I just love how happy she was even in that condition so I thought to call her Nandini and bring her here because I can't risk her safety as we found her in bad condition like she is running away from someone. So that's all she is going to stay here and I want you to behave with her. "Nyonika looked at her son to see him looking at her.

"Mom first she is not innocent and second I will try to behave until she behaves,"Manik grumbles to her mom and then kissing her cheek walk away to his room.

Manik groans loudly as he covers his head with one pillow, then two and then all pillow that is available in his room but it does n't stop the annoying voice that is coming from his next room.

Muttering under his breathe he wear his t-shirt and go out his room to knock some sense into his new neighbor.

Yup, you heard it right.Nyonika thought it would be wonderful to assign her innocent daughter the next room to his hot-headed but sweet son to make some bonding b/w them.

ALAS, how wrong she was to think that she can mix fire with ice.

"Will you shut up that annoying voice of your,"Manik shout loudly and switch off the iPod of Nandini.

"Ha my voice is not annoying and why did you stop my song?"Nandini exclaimed loudly.

"Because that was annoying the hell out of me."Manik bit back to Nandini and then they hear Nyonika voice from downstairs' "No swearing in my house."
