The last few weeks of June fly by in a rush of seemingly boring routine activities, and I sit at the table stabbing a slice of ham glaring down at it. Daisy flinches each time I jab at it and Violet stares at me for a long while. "So, you seem upset..." She says and Daisy covers her face as I turn my eyes on her. "Still no waffles?"
"No." I say and Daisy shakes her head as she gives me a small smile.
"Wow, a whole month without waffles! Hey, maybe that's okay, I mean you kinda have an addic-"
"I DO NOT!" I shout and she goes silent as Violet shakes her head. "What?!"
"Must I remind you of the intervention we had for you?" Violet asks and I go quiet and sit down. "Good girl, lets move onto a new conversation."
"Great idea!" Lucy says and Abigail cuts in staring at me.
"Hold up, I want to hear about this other thing about Drew." Abigail smiles and Lucy pats her arm.
"Another time Abby." She says and Abigail frowns as Lucy pipes in. "So, how did everyone's fishing go yesterday?"
"Mine was pretty good!" Daisy says and Violet smiles wickedly.
"I got the biggest fish!" Corey walks by and she smiles happily towards him. His face is bitter and she lets out a whistle and he turns looking at her. "Yeah that's right Matthews! Suck it!" He gives her a bitter smile and flips her off as he walks away. "Wow, so classy of him."
"And saying 'Suck it' is classy?" Daisy asks and Violet shrugs as Daisy look to me. "I heard your fishing trip was interesting Drew, what happened?"

"OH MY GOD WHAT IS THAT!" Brittany shrieked as Vincent baits his hook.
"It's a worm dude." Vincent says and Lucas smiles at her.
"Do you want me to bait it for you?" Lucas asked her and she nodded gagging and holding her nose. "Okay then, lets see..." He focused onto the hook and baited the hook handing the pole back to her. Trent helped Opal and she smiled and blushed as she thanked him and he walked away with a carefree smile.
"Okay everyone have their poles ready?" Charlie called and Patricia smirked and began to say something until her eyes met mine. She clamped her mouth shut and glares towards Brittany. "Alright get in your places!" We all found out on place and I casted the line far out into the lake.
"Ugh, gross I got seaweed!"
"That's algae Brittany!"
"IT TOUCHED MEEEEE!"
"God I hate all of you." I turn and see Patricia leaned against a rock with her rod onto the ground with her line out on the water.
"Brittany stop swinging it around!"
"Omg it's alive!!!!"
"Well technically if you had fought some grass or something it would be a plant therefore be alive, but then again if you ripped it out of the ground it would no-"
"MADDIE!"
"Sorry...."
"AHHHHHHHHHH!"
