Stormie, Courtney, and I reached the warehouse deep in the woods in the outskirts of Doncaster. Stormie parked the car at the back where most of the cars were parked. We got out of the car and walked around the warehouse, going towards the front door. Stormie did the secret knock on the wooden door and we waited for a moment. When that moment was up, the door opened and it was Jasper who opened it. I gave him a smirk and he did the same back to me.

Jasper had a big crush on me ever since 2nd grade. He’s very protective over me and I never want to say to him that I wasn’t interested. Jasper was like another brother to me. I couldn’t mess that up.

He let us in the warehouse and I passed by him, following behind Courtney. I heard the door shut and I turned around to see Jasper walking over towards me, standing right beside me. He smiled at me and I smiled back at him. I turned back forward and saw Rose sitting right next to Raven. They looked at me and rolled their eyes, going back to their conversation. Just once, just once, can I just punch her right in the damn throat.

“Natalie, over here,” Skylar called out. She was sitting on the left side of the warehouse on the couch. Hugh was with her also, his arm on the armrest and he was smoking a joint.

I walked over towards them and sat down right next to Skylar.

Skylar was this girl who you just want to talk to everyday. She didn’t see the bad in others and she was very sweet. Skylar was just like me in a way. She doesn’t talk unless talking to, and she didn’t care who she talks to. That’s why I like to call her my best mate.

“I heard you gotten in trouble today with Rose. I’m surprised you didn’t beat the hell out of her during class,” Skylar whispered. I shrugged my shoulders. I should’ve.

“She’s not worth my time,” I said.

I was no Rose fan. She thinks she’s better than anybody because of her red hair and a rich Mum. Skylar always says Rose is nothing but a cover up. Rose acts like she’s a damaged teenager who needs to get out and be free. But really, she has people rubbing her feet when she gets home. She’s such a fake, that it’s sad. I knew Duncan wasn’t even into Rose, but she tries so hard.

Hugh tapped Skylar’s shoulder and she turned around. He handed her the joint and she began to put it towards her mouth and inhale. She then took it out of her mouth and exhaled. Skylar turned to me and insisted me one. I shook my head.

“I’m good. I don’t want to end up getting high like last time,” I said.

“More for me then,” Skylar said, putting the joint back in her mouth and inhaling it, then exhaled.

I turned away from her and looked over to see Duncan and Kellee coming out of the other room that was connected with main room with no door. Kellee was also part of Rose’s pack. But Kellee wasn’t that evil like Rose and Raven are. I didn’t really understand why Kellee even hung out with those witches. Nobody really understood either. Kellee was just too nice and Rose and Raven are just evil and bitchy people. Duncan pulled a chair from the far corner and sat inside our circle we’ve made.

Stormie, Jasper, Rose, and Raven sat on the far wall in the long couch. Kellee and Courtney sat on the floor right beside my foot. While Hugh, Skylar, and I sat on the left side of the warehouse on the couch. Duncan sat in the middle of all of us.

“Anything to say anyone?” Duncan asked.

This group was kinda of like a meeting. We’ll meet up any other day of the week and talk about certain things about people and what we’ve done. And also who’ll end sleeping in the warehouse for some reason. I hated these meetings because it’s like going into our private lives during school. This was suppose to be a freedom group, what kind of freedom is this if we still have rules?
