Double update whoop whoop! Now on to the story!

Have I ever told you how much I hate working the Night Shift? I mean, I can't blame anyone but myself for being late.

Although, if being late everyday meant finishing out that dream I had about Seokjin, then it'd definitely be worth it~

It's been two weeks since I've seen him, fully taking note now that he doesn't come ever at the morning or afternoon shift. Well, other than today's morning shift apparently.

I still couldn't get over what Jungkook told me this morning. "maybe if you're lucky, he'll pop up tonight... I mean, you are working the night shift."

Just the thought of him coming to the café had me swooning.

I headed to the ipad, swiping to previous orders and find his: "One large coffee with French Vanilla creamer and 6 sugars to go". I chuckled lightly, still wondering how he can keep dress so darkly, yet drink something so sweet.

There's something about Seokjin, something mysterious....

It makes me want more.

Looking at the time, I saw that they clock had struck 9:07. If Seokjin was to come at all, he'd have to in the next hour because we do close at 10. Instead of moping around the café for the rest of the hour, I decided that it would be best to clean up everything except the coffee pot and French Vanilla creamer bottle.

After finally bringing my aux cord to work instead of forgetting it, I connected my phone to the speaker and decided to play some light piano music. Once the calm melody flowed through the air, I turned off my notifications' ringer to avoid the music from being interrupted.

I decided to start my wiping the tables of whatever spills I might've missed earlier. Filling up two water buckets, I run to the maintenance closet and grabbed a clean rag, as well as a bottle of soap. Walking to each individual table, I bent down and scrubbed each of them, first with the water rag, then the soapy rag, then finally with the water one again to truly get all the grime off of the table. I didn't stop until I could see my face in the reflection in them. I wanted them each of them to be perfect in case Seokjin decided to sit at different table today.

I don't know why I wanted it to be perfect for him...

I just did.

After cleaning out the buckets and setting the rags out to dry, I decided to vacuum the floor. Each step kinda hurt because my minor accident earlier caused my leg to probably have a sprain or something. But I chose not to focus on it, attempting to glide as I across the floor as I followed the vacuum on its journey.

I only bumped 2 tables and tripped on the wire twice, which is a new record for me so I have a good feeling for today.

After I roped the vacuum back to its spot in the maintenance closet, the dishes and silverware were next. I scrubbed away, lathering everything in my path. I made sure to save two cups for last. Loading up the dishwasher, I began to soak the two mugs. After I loaded the machine, I put in the perfect washing method and began to wash the two mugs.

I couldn't stop myself from thinking about how one of these mugs will hopefully touch his lips, and share the coffee I will have made for him into those lips.

'God, how I wish I was a mug.'

After setting the mugs to dry on the drying rack, I dried my hands and walked back out to the counter. The clock caused my happy mood to slightly drop... 9:57.

'He's... He's not coming, is he?'

Clapping my cheeks with my hands harshly, I pull myself from that nasty thought and stayed positive. I looked at my window at the sky and prayed to the stars that he'd be on his way, and I didn't miss my chance. Walking back to the counter, I notice a huge coffee stain that leaked on the outside of the counter. How did I not see this earlier?

'Well, technically speaking, I've mostly been on one side of the counter so it would make sen-'

"I don't have time to be talking to myself about something that's gonna take two minutes to fix."

Running to the back, I wet one of the rags and ran back to the counter.

'No Seokjin yet...'

Carefully scrubbing the front of the counter, I crouch down to make sure I get all of the sticky coffee cleaned off the carved in logo. Returning back to the sink, I wrung out the rag and wet it once again, this time to clean the top of the counter. The clock struck 9:59, but I was still determined to see him!

I scrubbed the counter top fiercely, making sure to get all of the coffee off of its surface. One specific spot had some dried sugar stuck with the coffee, so I scrubbed twice as hard, hoping to succeed in cleaning it. When I finally did, I stretched my back, wiping the sweat off of my forehead and looked out of the window again, only to see Seokjin standing right outside.

The clock had struck 10 o'clock, and here he was in the flesh, finally.

'thank you stars.'

He was gracefully applying his chapstick, gliding it all over his lips.

'Those precious, delectable looking lip-'

I stop my imagination from getting out of hand and move my gaze up to his eyes. His gaze seemed incredibly focused on the application that he seemed to miss my gaze entirely.

Well, that was until he caught my gaze. He looked at me like a deer caught in the headlights, eyes wide and cheeks flushing with a rosy tint. He looked so cute, I couldn't take my eyes off of him. Before he could run away, I remembered that I had moved his post it to my coat pocket and headed to the back to go get it.

After I retrieved the precious thing, I casually walked back, only to see he had vanished. Freaking out, I ran to the door, and leaned on it, looking for him. When my eyes finally caught him, I called out to him.

"Seokjin."

His body froze at my voice, causing me to feel at a loss for words. What can I say to get him back?

'What would he say to me if this situation was switched?'

Taking a deep breath to channel whatever confidence I had in my body, I throw out a shaky, but cute response.

"Are you coming in? You haven't showed up in a while, and I think I owe you a drink," I smiled, hopefully warming him up and not scaring him off.

Seokjin's body shifts, immediately softening in front of me. He smiled back at me, and I swear I almost died, my heart beating uncontrollably in my chest. He nodded and began to walk to me. As he walked into the doors, I caught a whiff of his scent and swooned.

He smelled like Vanilla.

Just like my dream.

If one part of my dream is true, who is to say that the rest isn't?

Dreams really do come true, huh?

But I can't help but feel like I'm forgetting something...
