And all hell broke loose. I'm afraid to say that what I was dreading for the past few days have become reality. The tension between the Papadopouloses and the Yilmazes finally exploded. We got to know that there has been a failed coupe attempt on the Papadopoulos family carried out by the Yilmaz family. And among all this chaos our favourite couple went MIA. Seems like they didn't support this decision at all and choose to remain together. The only ray of hope in this darkest hour.

"So you are telling me that not only he didn't kill the chit but also he ran away with her?" Vasili asked fuming after Demitri informed him about Leon and Hilal.

"Yes," Demitri confirmed calmly.

"I should've known this boy would do something stupid like this. He was never smart enough to think with his head instead of his heart."

Vasili continues on his rants, "This was our golden opportunity to take over the Yilmaz family once and for all and now it's all got messed up because of the stupidity of that boy."

At that moment a guard entered the study announcing Cevdet Ylimaz's arrival at the mansion. Vasili approached Cevdet as soon as he walked past the door.

"Cevdet, you can't believe how hurt I was when I found out about your little plan. I thought we are family," Vasili said to Cevdet in a mocking voice.

Cevdet scoffed at Vasili and replied, "Quit your fake concern, Vasili. We all know you had the same plan for me. I was just a bit faster, executing mine."

"Now that we have established that, let me be clear also that the Papadopouloses will never unite with the Yilmazes."

"I have no problem with that. This relationship was a mistake from the first place. I should have put an end to this right after that rebel group were caught. Now give me back my men and my daughter so I don't have to see your face again."

"Sure take your men but I can't do anything about your daughter."

"What?" Cevdet tensed hearing Vasili's tone, "I swear Vasili if you have laid one finger on my daughter, nobody is getting out of this room alive."

"She is not here."

"What do you mean by she is not here?"

"I mean your daughter ran away with my son."

"You mean your son ran away with my daughter?"

"Same thing," Vasili said in an exasperated voice.

"Foolish girl," Cevdet muttered under his breath.

"Now that is a statement I can fully agree with. Your foolish girl and my idiot son betrayed us both. They choose each other over family."

"I will find her soon enough and take her back with me. It'll not take long to talk some sense into her."

"Ah yes, I was planning the same with mine."

"Good then make sure your boy doesn't come after my daughter after I find them. Otherwise, I would have no option but to get rid of him."

"Same goes for your daughter Cevdet. You keep her off my son and I'll keep him off your daughter."

By the time Hilal and Leon arrived at the unused farmhouse, it was almost late afternoon. They stopped at a restaurant on the way to eat. The farmhouse was a small one-story house and judging from the surrounding unkempt trees and bushes, it was obvious that no one lived here for a long time.
