It was a get together at Magnus's apartment and everybody was present.

Everybody meaning Jace, Clary, Simon, Isabelle, Alec and of course Magnus himself.

Even though Magnus likes to throw lavish parties very often in his place and his club, today was just a get together at his apartment in honour of Isabelle and Simon making up after a long 18 days fight!

Everybody was lounging in the spacious living room after the lunch chatting and gossiping with one another.

Jace and Alec stood in the balcony and chatted with each other.

"I never noticed how beautiful the view of the city is from up here." Jace said.

"Yeah. It is. Sometimes I just feel how miserable are those who live down and don't get to enjoy this view! It would be a total shame to miss out on this." Alec said.

"You know a height phobic person will not agree with you." Magnus smirked at them from his favourite spot in the living room.

"Thank God I'm not height phobic. If I was I would never make you my boyfriend." Alec replied.

"Oh really? In that case I would have changed my house for you then."

"AWWW.." Everybody awwed and Alec's face turned bright red.

"SHUT UP!" He said.

Magnus couldn't care less. It was true what he said because he meant it. If Alec had acrophobia Magnus definitely would have gone house hunting.

Simon suddenly piped up, "You know when I was a kid I was very afraid of heights. My mother was very fond of ferris wheels. Everytime we used to go to a nearby fair, the first thing she would do is get on a ferris wheel. I always used to cry afterwards. Remember that time Clary, in middle school, when we were taken to the Zombieland and the teacher had to force the gatekeeper to stop the wheel in middle process because one of her students was vomiting the hell out of himself?! Yeah that was me! But I eventually got over it after you know...you know..."

"Your phasing into a vampire. Yeah." Isabelle completed it for him as always when he stammered.

"Uh just being curious but what is a ferris wheel?" Jace asked nobody in particular.

Alec and Isabelle looked confused too.

Magnus, Clary and Simon all looked at one another before they yelled in unison, "THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT A FERRIS WHEEL IS!!!"

After 2 hours, 17 minutes and 9 seconds later exactly :

"Where are we going exaxtly?" Alec asked for the gazillionth time. And still no body replied.

"Magnus? Magnus!" He shouted to his boyfriend who was at the front leading the group with Simon by his side.

"Yes, my dear?" He answered sweetly.
