Nathan and Grace: Even though Grace forgives him, it takes a lot of time for her to trust their relationship again. Going to the same college makes it easier for them and Nathan proposes to her their junior year. She of course says yes and they get married immediately after graduation.
Madison and Travis: Despite what everyone thought, Madison and Travis couldn't make it past freshman year of college as they both wanted different things from their lives. Madison started going out with a guy from her college her junior year, but Travis took a longer time to move on.
Aiden and William: Their relationship had always been far from perfect. Nobody could keep a record of how many times they fought and made up. It took a lot of time, but they realised that their relationship wasn't healthy and despite of how much they loved each other they decided it would be best if they ended it.
