What if Chase swam out to save him but the effort of staying afloat and slicing through the net without hurting Just or any of the fish exhausts him and so when the net finally lets through, all of the fish (and Just) fall onto him and by the time all of the fish have dispersed, he's so far down that he almost doesn't make it to the surface
