her hair is super heckin long right?? so when she's underwater it's all graceful and kinda floats around her but when she resurfaces it's 100% a stringy flat mess
In fact if she were to stand up straight with her hair wet (not that she could do that since she doesn't have legs) it would go like,, to her knees
