Like I said, Just can breathe air like people, but he has gills on his neck and the side of his tail so for most of his life he's breathed water through his gills since he hasn't really been to the surface many times in his life. He thinks breathing air is super weird.

Just may not be a siren but he's friends with sirens and they make really good teachers. Just can sing super well because of this and when Chase hears him sing for the first time, he can't deal with it he jsut,,,, turns red and can't speak for a good five minutes
One more thing about the Actor AU,, disregard everything from the last chapter about actual actors playing the characters
I think I'm just gonna use those people as a reference for what the characters might look like irl,, so instead of, for example, Ashley playing as Gabby, it'll be Gabby playing as Gabby if that makes sense
