Lillie's POV:
I watch with mournful eyes as the snow melted around me. "Too soon." I mutter. Back home the snow stayed well into April, now here was February and there was nothing but slush.
"I hate the city." I say continuing my walk through my woods. "Would have died if I had to live in an apartment."
Something grabs me from behind, feeling the hard shell and chuckle I squeal. Raph swings me around, "Raphael! Put me down!" I say.
He then flips me, holding me by the waist upside down. "Jerk, put me down." I say blowing some hair from my face.
"You sure?" He asks as he moves over to a puddle, my hair grazing the water. "Don't even think about it!" I threaten.
He drops me into the cold water. Laughing his shell off, I glance at the slush and throw a clump at him.
"That's cold!" He shrieks.
"Now we're even." I say and shake some water off.
He throws some slush at me and we begin our slush fight. I manage to get some down his shell, only from some to go down the back of my shirt.
We call it truce when Raph trips into a mound of slush, bringing me down with him. His emerald eyes seem to stand out against the grey-brown slush on his face.
Wiping some slush off I kiss him, he quickly follows and we start making out in the cold, melting snow.
Raph's phone starts to vibrate, "shell, this better be important." He grumbles, pulling away he takes his phone.
"What Leo!?"
They talk back and forth Raph getting angrier and angrier, his voice rising. Hanging up he mutters about "Lamo-nardo"
"Wha'd he want?" I ask.
"Nothin,"
"Raph?"
"It's nothin! Okay!" He yells.
"Why are you pissed now?!" I match his voice level, standing up with him.
"It's none of your damn business that's why!"
"That's not a valid explanation!"
"Stop using those damn big words! Your not Einstein!"
"You can't be aggravated just because I have a vast vocabulary!"
"There you go again! I'm stupid! I get it!"
"I never said that!"
"Well just like everyone else, your sure act like it!"
"Stop making everyone the bad guy!"
"Well everyone makes me the bad guy! I've got the temper I've got the anger issues!"
"Ever thought that you do!"
"I know that! I get angry fast! I can't do anything about it!"
"Well you don't even try!"
"You sound like my family!"
"Well maybe they're right!"
"Of course they are, I'm different, that's just who I am!"
"I do know that," I mutter, lowering my voice level. Raph raises an eyebrow.
"I don't want you to change," I continue, "your right, I'm not your family, I'm your girlfriend, I like you for who you are and I should stand by you." I quickly add, "most of the time."
"Don't think I've ever heard those words before." He says. ""I'm right"I could get used to that."
"I wouldn't." I say smiling, he matches it.
"You better go, don't want cha catching anything." He says looking at my wet cloths, then giving me a hug and a kiss on the forehead.
"Yeah, go on and deal with Lamo."
"Fine." He says giving me one last kiss he turns and leaves.
Starting my walk to my house, I begin to shiver as the cold sets into my bones.
Raph and I usually have these argument over something stupid like this one. We never stay mad for long, the longest was a week over him taking the last slice of pizza. I chuckle and begin talking to myself about some homework I had to get done.
