Raph's POV:
My brothers and I were in the warehouse. They had never told me exactly why we were here, whenever I asked they would mumble different excuses.
Donnie looked at his device, the beeping said to turn left.
"Raph and Mikey will go this way." Leo said pointing to the right.
"Leo, maybe you or I should go with Raph, in case Mikey," Donnie made random gestures with his hands.
"Come on Raph! Let's go, these two don't have any faith in me." Mikey says leading me down the hall it the left.
"Guys," Leo called, the pointed to the right hall looking unamused.
"Right," Mikey laughs nervously, I roll my eyes and stomp down the correct hallway.
Mikey sticks his tongue at his two older brothers as he passes.
We continue to walk, nothing, everything was silent and boring. Mikey was humming some dumb song, "Mikey, would you stop that!" I snap.
Mikey stops and starts another tune, "ugh." I sigh and march ahead.
Lillie's POV:
"When I get out of here my parents are going to give me shell when I get home." I say to myself. "Wait, not shell, I have no association with turtles, or other reptiles for the matter. Except for that, lizard I once saw in Florida. I wonder about those-" I stop my insane rambling when I hear a noise outside the door.
I get up, and listen to the door. Footsteps, pairs, they don't sound like the woman's either. I threw a pebble at the door, the footsteps stop, I hear muttering.
Then some wiring and the door swings open. I burst out of the room, thankful to be out of that suffocating closet. I look up and see Leo and Donnie,
"I swear I didn't, whatever you heard, I would never, could never," my emotions starting to overflow. We hear a crash from somewhere in the building.
We run towards it, I didn't have my knife with me, my parents took it a few days ago. We get to a railing over looking the lower floor.
Below Mikey and, and Raph were fighting foot-bots. I felt like I was going to pass out and vomit at the same time.
"Raph," I mutter.
"If you've got something to explain to him, that won't cripple him any more, by all means." Leo says, glaring at me.
I glare back and he jumps down to help fight. Watching Raph, fight, I can see the difference in his fighting, a little distracted.
Finally my emotions over flowed, I couldn't wait until the fight was over.
"Raph!" I call, to him running down the stairs to the lower floor.
"Lillie?" I see confusion then anger and sadness in his eyes, even from here.
"I didn't mean to, it wasn't me!" I say, picking up a detached pipe and wack a few bots. Making my way over to him.
The bots were beginning to thin out. I walked over to him, not meeting his emerald gaze. I wanted nothing more then to wrap my arms around him and never let go.
"I didn't mean it, I don't know what you thought or are thinking but it wasn't me. My dad-" I'm cut off by the turtle picking me up and muffling my explanation in his shoulder. I burry my face in him and inhale his scent.
"I didn't, please, please," I repeat through sobs.
"I know, sshh." He says, I can feel sobs racking both of our bodies. Someone clears their throat, interrupting us.
Looking up, I see my father, in SWAT gear, a pained expression on his face.
Raph places me to my feet but keeps an arm around me.
"Dad, I-" He holds up a hand to stop me.
"I messed up, I should have trusted you. Your not a child anymore, and you can make smart decisions." He turns to Raph and glances at the other brothers.
"You aren't a threat, and my daughter obviously cares for you all. And she loves you very much." He adds to Raph.
I smile, break away from Raph and give my dad a hug. "Thanks, love you Dad." I say. I stand facing him, "we'll just go home then?"
"No, you can stay at Raphael's for the night if that's okay." My eyebrows jump up in shock.
"Yeah, that's, um, yes sir." He says.
"I'll keep the guys off your scent." My Dad says, I give him one last hug, before he goes to the officers who came with him.
"Let's get out of here." Leo says, relieved to see the first smile on his brothers face in a long time.
Walking back to the lair, Raph and I brought up the rear.
"I missed you." I says looking at him.
"Me too, you need something to eat and a shower."
"Yeah, that sounds like a plan." Leaning my head against his side.
"Come on, you've had a long few days." He says, grabbing me and giving me a piggyback ride.
"Usually I would be supper opposed to this, but I'm exhausted." I rest my head on his shoulder, kissing his ear.
After I ate a few slices of pizza and my shower I was dressed in one of Raph's sweatshirts. It was nearly down to my knees but that was perfect because I only had a pair of my underwear on underneath. Besides it smelt like him and was really soft.
Raph was laying on his bed, two months ago I would have been a nervous wreck to get into his bed and sleep with him. But after everything we've been through and our lack of contact the past three weeks, it felt natural.
I crawled next to him, resting my head in the crook of his neck. He wrapped his arms around me, we sat in peace for a few minutes. Just enjoying each other's company and warmth.
"I love you." He mumbled to me.
"I love you too."
Moving my head, I looked up at him then met our lips. We kissed for a long time, he grabbed my hips and I got on top of his shell. He moved his kisses down my neck, finding my sweet spot. I moaned, and toyed with his bandana strings.
He sucked my neck one last time, before looking at me. "I love you so much, more then you know."
"I think I know." I say, not caring how sappy that sounded.
Kissing the top of my head, I snuggled into his side. He held his arms securely around me, resting his head on top of mine.
Both sleeping soundly for the first time in weeks.
