Chapter Seven

  At home, I walk into my room and I open up my laptop to start researching. All I can think about is what the hell my Grandma was talking about. I research my necklace and nothing comes up. Although, it said something about Vampires and Werewolves. That makes no sense. They do not exist. I close my laptop and my phone lights up. I grab it and see that Cayden texted me. "Did you find anything yet?" He asks. I tell him no. I didn't mention the Vampire and Werewolves because it's just not real. Harley walks into my room and sits down in my chair. "What are you doing tomorrow?" She asks. "I don't know yet" I tell her. "Well me and you are going to a party tomorrow night" She tells me excitingly. Cayden walks in right that moment. "Count me in!" He yells. Harley rolls her eyes. "You wasn't invited Cayde" She says. "Whose party is this anyway?" I ask Harley. "Nathan Price" She replies. Nathan is one of the most popular guys at our school. "How did we get invited then?" I turn and ask. "I know his brother and I pulled some strings for us to go" She answers. "I'm definitely going" Cayden says. "Whatever douche" Harley says angerly. "Okay guys I would really like to get some sleep now" I tell them as I'm pushing them out the door. They leave and I shut the door behind them. I open up the book my mom left for me. You're still too young to know about all of this. But since me and your father aren't around anymore you have a duty to fulfill. I have something very important to tell you. Vampires and Werewolves are real. As well as other things. The necklace your grandmother is supposed to give you should have a V and W on it initials for Vampires and Werewolves. Raelynn, You're a Hunter. You're a Vampire and Werewolf Hunter. In about a month after our death, your aunt Becky will come into town and help you train. She's the best Rae. Please listen to everything she tells you. Another thing about the necklace, if someone touches it and it burns their hand or shocks them then Raelynn be careful because they are supernatural. There are times where the person is carrying the Werewolf gene but hasn't triggered it and still get shocked by the necklace. If that's the case you can trust them. But once they trigger it, they may not be able to control it. They trigger it by taking an innocent life. This can be done by accident or on purpose. Again, Raelynn please be careful. I close the book and lay it under my bed. What is this? I don't want any part of this shit. They are crazy. There is no such thing as Vampires and Werewolves. But Cayden did get shock by the necklace when he touched it. Does he carry the Werewolf gene? There's no way in hell this is possible. I turn off my lamp sitting on my nightstand and lay down on the bed. I hear a knock at the door but I didn't say anything and I didn't get up. "Can I come in Raelynn?" Cayden asks. I still don't answer. He opens up the door and walks towards the bed. He lays down beside me and wraps his arms around me. "What are you doing?" I ask him. "My parents called and said they won't be home tonight so I thought maybe I could sleep in here with you" He says. I smile and turn over. I kiss him and tell him he can't sleep with me. "Why not? I thought we were dating now?" He asks with concern. "We are Cayden but I still don't want you to sleep in here just in case your parents do come home and also I haven't told Harley about us yet" I tell him. He gets up and walks over to my chair and sits down. I turn my lamp back on. "Do you want to do some more research? He asks while opening up my laptop. I run over there and shut it back real fast. "On the second thought lets just make out" I say smiling. I sit down on his lap and begin kissing him. "Want to move this to the bed?" Cayden asks after making out awhile and hands moving everywhere. "No, you need to go to your room" I say giggling. He lifts me up and carries me to the bed. He lays me down and then walks to the door to shut it and lock it. He walks back over to me and begins kissing me again. His hands start wondering. I push him away and get up. "What's wrong?" He asks. "I'm still a virgin" I tell him. "So wait, you and Adam never did anything?" He asks shockingly. "We did other stuff but no we didn't have sex" I say. "I'm so turned on right now" Cayden says. I throw a pillow at him and laugh. "But seriously, if you don't want to do anything yet I can wait" He tells me. "I don't want to wait any longer" I say while pushing him down on the bed. He smiles and kisses me again. I pull my shirt off and he begins to undo his belt and pants. We help undress each other and make out a lot more. And then I wasn't a virgin anymore.
