Maya's POV

Well my mate has stayed true to his word, it's now spring and everyday he has brought me food and sent a patrol wolf every 5 hours to check the area. I of course stayed in my tiny cave when those moments happened and only came out once the patrol wolf had left, he's the one that leaves the food as well. My tiny cave is not so nice now that it is getting warmer and I'm going to have to move somewhere else. I crawl out my small cave after the patrol wolf has left and I shift to my human form and walk over to the tray of food left in its normal spot, a rock about 30 metres from the cave, and jump up onto the rock and sit down to eat. Once I'm done eating I get up and decide to go for a run around my small area for a bit.

Josh's POV

I need her by my side. I can hardly contain myself from going and taking her out that cave and bringing her here to my Luna. The only reason O haven't been the one to deliver the food to her and patrol her area is because then I wouldn't want to leave her.

Why don't we go for run, see mate

That's a good idea, but only for a little while

Fair enough.

With that I left the house and shifted to my big wolf giving my wolf control as he took off in the direction of our mate. We soon spot her jogging by her cave and I am captured by her beauty. She suddenly stops running and looks our way as we jump behind a bush.

No one's POV

Maya just shrugs it off thinking that the only reason she can really smelt her mate was because this was his territory and his pack land. Josh just stays behind the bush until she starts walking heading back to her cave and he slowly follows her ducking behind trees and bushes when she would turn around to look. Josh sagged his tail his wolf feeling playful that this was a game, and he was winning. Maya just kept walking on to the cave and stopped when she got there and sat on her rock. Josh stayed around 40 metres away from her hiding behind a tall and wide tree. Maya suddenly looked up as if she sensed something. Josh looked up thinking she found him but when she turned around and stared that way he knew it wasn't him and he too stared in that direction wondering what was happenong. All of a sudden Maya jumped up off the rock and stood at the base staring up, and Josh just stared at what was happening in front of him.
