Alx: a chase really?? why?

Me: well sorry, but it's no good without some action danger, I'm sure the readers will appreciate it.

Alx: Fine, I suppose I can't complain about that, but at least inform them of your plan a bit.

Me: Ah that's right, well due to no responses of the book I've just deciced to make this Chapter an Ardeth Bay P.O.V, because why not; it is my book after all. Enjoy~

Chapter 6

The Chase Through The Desert

Ardeth's P.O.V.

As soon as I had gotten to the tent, all I could see was Alxiea struggling and being dragged from inside of it, though the back; which no doubt was left in my mind that they entered in from behind as well. The way she was trying her best to fight out of the man's grasp, though having noticed she was quickly losing the fight; with little to no time to react to the situation I quickly followed after the male. I could feel every part of my mind and soul burning with rage at someone who would be so foolish to try and take her from a place that was to be security for her. With the new fire in my chest I would quickly follow the man, having gotten about fifty yards from the tent, he was quickly aided by other men, in which they decided to go out with a fight. There was roughly about another six men; which to me were a bit naive to attempt such a thing; I had made a promise to always keep her safe, and they would not stop me from doing such things. Often times throughout my life I had gotten used to this kind of fighting; something that was often needed to stop evil men, or to protect myself or other's lives who depended on me. She would be no exception, but much more so for our past, present and future were closely intertwined; yet she wouldn't yet know how deeply it went. With what I could only assumed was my fury in my eyes, as a blazing fire; I would quickly swing backwards and take the head of the first one, while swiftly take out another one right in front of me. I continued this until the last man was no longer standing, and quickly took one of their nearby horses and darted after her following the tracks left from the one who took her. "Don't worry, I'm coming" I said to myself, only to receive an answer I hadn't fully expected "Well you better get her back, if she starts to wake up because of this it, can be a very dangerous trip!" Amun yelled out as he some how managed to cling to me though all of that. "I apologize, this is still slightly new to me, though it doesn't surprise me; but why have you chosen now of all times to actually speak?" I questioned the little fur ball. I was surprised to see that he wasn't to big for a cat, which I figured would correlate with the fact that Alxiea hadn't yet woken up.

"Well if you must know, it's because she is out of my presence, your not the only one with a job to do, I was sent prior to your showing up; besides, she can't wake up the way she's supposed to if anything happens to her that can cause trauma to her mind" Amun replied to me. "I hear you, we're closing in on him; we maybe running into a trap, or ambush so be ready" I told him as my own mind and heart was racing quite quickly. I couldn't quite understand why it was that I felt so strongly about this girl, but there had to be a reason, while also knowing a lot over the past we share, there is also a lot that I don't know about it. I could only answer my curious questions if she was restored to who she was meant to be, and that meant she needed to get to that sacred place, that was prepared for her for this reason, and to help put an end to the terror rain on the world. I would continue on quickly, finally getting them in my sights, it seemed Alxiea was still knocked out, which I was grateful for, I maybe slightly old fashioned, but I wouldn't be able to stand it, if she would see what I had to do. I could see that we had been traveling quite a large distance, we seemed to be heading further down south into the region where the city Alexandria used to sit during the rein of King Alexander the great. The great caves, and underground sand tunnels that were naturally there, would come in great use to me in getting her back. I would quickly motion the horse towards one of them, and quickly navigate throughout them, if one wasn't from the desert; they could easily get lost in them. Though having trained in them for as long as I have, it's like having a secret passage way. I would keep up even easier with the unknown assailant, which I planned to find out as well. When it comes to information I'm a man who knows how to get what it is that I wish to know, this being no different. I was lucky enough to find and opening ahead of them and pop right out, cutting off their path.
