Chapter 9

The Broken

We got out of the car in parking lot.

The sound of the wind crossing the large open field. The morning blue sky streching above us. Today, me and my other friends are hang out to watch a movie.

Before, I had text Harry to ask if he want to join us but he can't make it because of some family business.

He felt guilty when he texted me. But I assure him not to worry about it.

I scan the room while we went inside the cinema. The crowd of people chattering and wait patiently to buy  tickets.

No wonder there's so many people here cause it is sunday, means weekend.

We walked to see the list of movies now showing.

We stared at the large screen while deciding what movie we will be watching. It was Reeve who broke our thought.

"So what's the movie we're going to watch? There's so much here." He looking to all of us.

Angela raises her hand like she got a brilliant idea. "How about super heroes? I want to see the new young actor playing cause he is so f *cking good looking!" She said with enthusiasm.

"Oh! You mean Marvel?" Mike interupt "They just released a new comic too and I haven't watch the movie yet." he turned to us looking for an answer.

Jasmine sigh "Don't you think it's a movie for kids? Why don't we watch a romantic one, like Midnight Sun ?"

"No way. We better watch the horror that gets us challenged." Reeve suggested.

"What? you know that I'm scared of that kind of thing." I say, my body shivering. "How about Fantasy? It is good too, umm.. well whatever is fine by me though." I nodded to myself.

"Geez, you guys are about watching movie in the end right? So why should we argue, we'd better watch Super heroes just like what Angela said. It's fun and I'm also curious to see that handsome actor. " Kelly smirk, she looked to Aiden who just rolled his eyes.

I shook my head, she really likes to make him jealous.

"Then it's decided. We'll watch Marvel, Ren and I will buy tickets filled with zombies who want to watch as well while you guys buy us drinks and popcorn, got it?" Angela ordered, they just nods and disappear into the crowd.

"Let's go." Angela motion her hand to follow and so I walk beside her.

The ticket booth is really crowd with people like Angela said and so long lines until my legs feel sore.

Finally after a long wait. We both got the tickets.

We walked looking around to find our friends among many people.

I spotted them sitting on a soft couch, with their hands full of drinks and large size popcorns.

I saw Mike teasing Jas who looks pissed. I smile at the sight.
