My Job

'Hanbin-ah~ Iranabaaaa~ You're not gonna settle your songs quickly if you keep on sleeping like this.' Jaewon checks on hanbin after he recives a call from Jennie. 'Jennie was right you were sleeping instead of finishing yr songs', jaewon mumbles alone. Jaewon has been friends with hanbin about a year now since he just came to the company. Strangely hanbin doesn't seems to be awkward around jaewon when they first met each other. 'Hyung~ Nan, jinjja pegunaeyo(im really tired)~ Jennie didn't let me sleep at school and now you're not gonna let me sleep here ? Hyung, jebaaal~', he can't even open his eyes while mumbling his words. 'Aigooo~ Kaja! Im bringing you home', Jaewon feels sorry for his friend because he had to handle this all alone. He knows that it has been weeks since hanbin finalising his songs and Mr Yang kept on asking him to fix it again and again. As a singer and a songwriter in their company, Jaewon understands it is hard to produce great songs that can satisfy both Mr Yang and the public. Jaewon asked his manager to help him carry hanbin to their car and ask his manager to drove them to iKON's place. 'Hanbin-ah~ let's work on the songs again tomorrow ya? I'll ask reasung and seung to come along okayy ? We'll accompany you. For now just rest', hearing jaewon's sincere words warms hanbin up. 'Thanks jaewonie', hanbin smirks as he went out from the car. 'Oh yeah and thanks for the lift'. 'No biggie bro'.

The next day, 19:00.
'Ya where did you go ? School ended an hour ago. Seung and reasung have been waiting for you , ya know ?', jaewon questions hanbin late presence. 'Juesunghamnida hyung duel (im sorry older brothers)🙏🏻 hyung mianhae reasung-ah~(older brother is sorry reasung-ah)', hanbin apologies to his mates and handed the energy drinks. 'I went home to change my clothes and ate a little bit since i was so hungry that's y im late', while hanbin is trying to explain -, 'okayy lets not waste anymore time lets see what can we do with your songs', seung cuts in the middle of hanbin's explainations. Hanbin has been friends with reasung since his trainee days but this reasung guy is 4 years younger than hanbin and is not debuted yet. Meanwhile seung on the other hand , hanbin meets him at an underground concert. Seung is an underground rapper. So practically seung and hanbin lives in the same circle of life. They sleep during the day and work during the night. But since hanbin is starting his school again he can't really live his life like that anymore. 'Okayy so you see I've been working on this song called Love Scenario but Mr Yang kept on saying something is missing from it'. They took a look at the song and gather their thoughts abt it. 'Hyung why don't you let me arrange this song for you. I'll let you hear it once I'm done and see if you like it ya?', raesung came up with some ideas to arrange the song for hanbin. 'Okayy lets see what you got kiddo. I trust you.' Since raesung is gonna work on the arrangement of a song called Love Scenario, hanbin works on his other songs meanwhile jaewon and seung were busy making new songs. The song writers in YGE have to produce as much as songs as they can with many different genres-, since they can't be sure which type of songs will Mr Yang likes. 'Assa (yess)! Hanbin hyung! I'm done! Your song hyung! Omy omy i bet you'll love it!',raesung saying excitedly. 'There's not much to arrange since you did a good job on writing the lyrics and the melodies were quite settle as well. I bet Mr Yang will love it hyung!', hanbin silently smiling after hearing the arrangements and sighing relief after hearing what raesung says. 'Charessoe hyung *patting hanbin's back* we did a good job', smiling proudly to his friend over there.

The next morning at Mr Yang's office.
*sound of door knocking*
Mr Yang: Oh Hanbin, yess come in come in.
Hanbin: Annyeonghasseyo Sajangnim *bows 90 degrees*. Here's the songs that you ask me to work on *hands in a pen drive to Mr Yang*
Mr Yang: *connects the pen drive to his laptop and click on the 12 songs one at a time* "Saranguelhetta~ Urigamanna~" yaaaaaah👏🏻 this is a good song! Nice job B.I! I knew you wouldn't let me down~ Okayy now i need you to practice the choreography for Beautiful and Love Scenario before we start shooting the MV. Oh yess did I mention that I want Love Scenario to be the tittle song ?
Hanbin: *nodding his head nonstop and slightly smiling at the corner of his mouth* oh yes of course Mr Yang I'll make it as a tittle song. Don't worry i won't let you down again! Kamsahamnida sajangnim *bows 90 degrees again* !
Mr Yang: okayy you can go now.
*hanbin walks out of the door with a light heart*

Back at the studio.
'Yaaaaaaaah! We did it! Thanks guys!', hanbin hugs reasung, seung and jaewon tightly. 'It has been ages since i saw that smile over there', seung says while pointing at hanbin. Raesung who is beside hanbin hugs him again and pat his back, 'aigoo uri hyungie~ I've missed that huge smile on your face~', raesung releases hanbin from his hug. 'Do I look that ugly when I don't smile ?', Hanbin asks the guys while looking himself in the mirror. 'Ho(yup)', they say it simultaneously. Hanbin's jaw dropped to the floor while the other guys started laughing at him. It's has been ages since they last spend time with hanbin, since he had lots of touring schedule in Japan last year. 'Kaja hyung-duels, lets wrap up for today since we didn't even get a wink of sleep last night-, we should get going and meet our lover (their bed) sooner. Hanbin hyung don't you think you're late for school already?', raesung asked hanbin as if he doesn't have to go to school. 'Raesung-shii, don't you think you're late as well? Although we're not attending the same school but i bet your home room teacher would be furious if she knows you're skipping school for your precious sleep 😴😏?', raesung looks quite annoyed with him and adds on, 'Don't worry hyung i bet Jennie noona wont let you get away with this either 😏🤷🏻‍♂️'. "Baby nachochuigo chorommannajo geman senggakhae moga geri oryowoe~", hanbin was shocked hearing the ringtone and accidentally dropped his phone,'Speaking of the devil 😩...', he mumbles to himself;

*hanbin answers the call*

Jennie: Yaaa kim hanbin! Non eodiya(where are you)?! Recess time is almost over and you're no where to be found! It hasn't even been a week since we started school you're skipping school already?
Hanbin: I didn't even get a wink of sleep last night finishing your Yang Appa's songs. Let me take a break just for today okayy?~ I promise I'll be at school tomorrow. Jebal jennie-ah~
Jennie: Okayy then... just for today ya? Binnie, I know your job is important but education is important too you know? Please rest well and comeback to school tomorrow ya?
Hanbin: I know you miss me ninnie 😁. Don't worry I'll be back tomorrow.
*call ended*
'Wah uri hyungie is really afraid of jennie noona👏🏻 Is she you mother or something? Daebak👏🏻', raesung starts clapping his hand with diss believed that hanbin answered her call. Hanbin is the type of guy that hates to take calls or massages-, he would usually just ignore it. If the same number calls him more than 2 times than he'll answer it except for Mr Yang and his uncle tablo. It's a miracle to them seeing how quick hanbin reacts to her call. He doesn't even pickup his parents call that quick.
