It has been a whole month now since Tomoki started coming to my school. We've been talking a lot and by the looks of it, he doesn't really talk to anyone else. So, after school today, I'll invite him to my house. Also, ever since he started coming here, he has never taken his mask off his face, not even for p.e. or lunch, and I'm really curious about it so I'll ask him tonight. Well, if he even comes over. I've also heard nothing from my parents so I hope they're doin ok. I'll call them tonight and see. The bell finally rings for us to go home and I'm so ready to leave this dump.
"AH~Finally the school day is over. Hey Tomoki, do you wanna come over to my house today?" I turn to him still sitting in his desk. He shrugs his shoulders then nods. "Ok then come on, let's get going." I grab my bag and head towards the door, then I stop to wait for him. We walk to the entrance of school and head to my house.
"So," He starts saying. I turn to look at him,"do you like manga?" His voice soft and gentle.
"Yea I do, I have a lot of mangas at my house. How bout we take a seat here for now?" I ask and take a seat on a bench. He sits down next to me, leaving only about a couple of inches between us.
The cherry blossom petals start to fall delicately and the clouds look to be turning gray. No cars are passing by so there's no noise except for the music of birds chirping. The wind blows gently and I turn to look at Tomoki. He looks at me and I notice how beautiful he weather makes him look. His hair is dancing with the wind while the cherry blossom petals dance all around him. His eye is a beautiful black that glows in the sunlight.
"C-can we get going? It looks like it's about to rain." He asks seeming shy.
"Huh? Oh of course we can let's get going." As we start to stand up, the rain starts pouring and we start pounding our feet on the concrete, racing to get to my house. When we get to my house, I unlock the door for him and we go inside. By the time we get inside, we're already soaking wet.
"You can change your clothes if you want. I think I my clothes will be able to fit you." I Daya's we enter my room.
"Ok." He replies as he starts taking off his shirt. I go look in my dresser and find an outfit that might fit him.
I look at him and see that he has no shirt on. "H-here you you go. I'll be waiting outside." I say while I turn to leave the room, closing the door behind me. He looked amazing. He had a six pack and he was sooo cute when we were sitting outside. The way the water droplets sparkled in his hair was insanely beautiful. I start to think to myself when the door opens.
"I'm done." He says and I walk in to get changed. I come back out and see him sitting on the couch reading the manga I left on the table. "What is this one about?" He asks, looking up from the manga.
I sit down next to him leaving only about 3(maybe less) inches between us and say, "It's about This this boy who was traumatized as a kid and was abandoned at the age of 8. He had to live on his own and he had to find a way to make money. He started asking people if they could give him some money but they all refused. As he got older, he realized that nobody in the world cares about others. So, he becomes a crazy psycho and starts killing people. It's not a series though, it's only one book."
"It sounds really cool, I would really like to borrow it if you don't mind."
"Sure, go ahead, you can borrow any of the ones you like." I smile as he gets up and goes to the window. I follow him and look outside. "It doesn't look like it's stopping anytime soon."
"Yea, it doesn't. Would you mind if I sleepover tonight?" He asks, keeping his head down.
I look at him and smile, "Of course you can spend the night. You can come over anytime you want."
"Ok thanks," He looks up at me with a smile on his face. His smile makes me happy. It's beautiful and I love it just the way it is. I love him just the way he is.
"It's getting pretty late, I'll start making dinner." I start heading towards the kitchen. Tomoki follows me and sits down at the bar.
"What are you making?"
"Well, I'm gonna make some Onigiri (balls or rice with a filling in the middle. Japanese equivalent of sandwiches), Makizushi (sushi), Curry bread (deep fried bread with Japanese curry sauce), Tonkastu (deep fried breaded cutlet of pork) for the main dish, and Manju (Japanese rice surrounding a sweet bean center) for dessert. If you don't like some of it please tell me."
"Well, I don't really like Makizushi very much."
"Ok then, I won't make it." I get the pots and pans out and then I start cooking. "If you want, you can go look around, it's gonna take me a while to get dinner ready."
"Ok"
