Falling in Love With my Rival

~Chapter 10~

      Tomoki looks at me, his tears have now turned into a waterfall. "Tomoki. None of that was your fault. Your brother and 'friend' didn't die." I say and pull his hand, bringing him into another embrace.
      Tomoki pushes away. "I wasn't talking about them. But, that doesn't matter. What matters is that you need to stay alive, so that means you have to stop talking to me. Please Mika. I really care about you." He says walking away from me and stopping a short distance away.
      I start to walk over to him. "Tomoki. I will not stop talking to you. I will not stop being your friend. I don't know if you remember or not but, I made a promise to you that I will stay with you no matter what, even if we have to face death himself. I don't care!! What I care about the most is you!!" Once I get to him, I wrap my arms around him. Pressing my chest against his back.
      "Why though? Why won't you listen to me Mika!?" Tears falling down his face.
      I turn Tomoki around and press my lips against his. Wrapping my arms around his neck. He makes a shocked noise and clenches my shirt, kissing me back.
      I pull back, seeing Tomoki's eyes wide with shock. "Now you why I can't leave you alone. I can't leave you alone because I love you. You made a big impact on my life and I can't just let you walk out of my life like that."
      Tomoki lets his arms fall down my arm and once it gets to the new cuts that were made last night, I wince in pain. He looks at me confused and I avert my gaze. He grabs my arm and pulls up my sleeves, seeing the cuts that marked my skin. He looks up and slaps me across my face.
      "WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU DO THIS!!???" Tomoki says shaking me shoulders.
      I avert my gaze to the ground and say, "Because I thought that I would never see you again. And don't worry because it wasn't your fault I did this!" Tomoki doesn't say anything instead he grabs me and hugs me.
      "I'm sorry. I won't leave you again." Just as he says this, the entrance to the roof opens and Daichi walks out.
      "THERE YOU ARE MIKA-!!" He looks at us and sees us cuddling. He starts squealing and goes into total fanboy mode. We all laugh as Daichi walks over.

Again sorry but I'm still grounded from my phone. I'm trying my best but it's gonna take me a while to get this back up and going. I'm gonna try whatever I can to write my stories and update. Please forgive me for this and for leaving y'all at a cliffhanger last chapter.
