"Dammit, Johnny!" Yelled Timmy, as they finally came out of the garden and walked far away from the entrance. He let go of the hand he had suddenly pulled. His face had became a ripe tomato, even the fair color of his ears had turned pink. Harsh breathing escaped through his teeth as he tried to even it out. Timmy's reaction from being kept in the dark from the knowledge of his mother's attendance to Johnny's father's wedding reception had him in an upheaval.

"Timm-," Johnny was cut just as a heavy fist descended upon his cheeks. That caught him off guard, his feet stumbled, but stood his ground. He cursed when the punch run its course through him, and the skin where Timmy's fist laid on swiftly throb. Johnny cradled his wounded ego as he faced the infuriated kitty. "Let me explain, please!"

"Explain? What is there to fucking explain!" As if Timmy's face couldn't get anymore ripen. He waited, but Johnny wasn't fast enough to explain himself. "Well, Johnny? Are you too thick to say shitty excuse? Put the blame on someone else?"

"I'm really sorry," Agonizingly said to Timmy, Johnny wore his mouth with a frown and teary eyed. He was worried about what he did would put a strain on their blooming relationship. "I didn't tell you on purpose, because I thought you might leave. Like you said, we know each other for just about half a year. That's not a lot learn about each other, so I felt you would leave once you found out about your mother coming."

Timmy mulled over what Johnny had revealed, exposing himself of his insecurities and the fear of rejection.

"Look, Timmy. I know you hate your mother, so much so that you insult her anytime you can. But, she's still your mother, no matter if she's a gold digger or a bitch. She's the mother who gave birth to you, clothed and fed you, and raised you until you can think for yourself. You did told me to let go of the past, and that's what I did for my father. I opened up to him, so maybe someday you can, too, to her. Again, I'm really, terribly sorry, Timmy. Please forgive me, and I promise you, I won't keep anything from you anymore."

"I-" Uttered Timmy, but he was cut of by a voice about five feet away from them.

"What is going on?" The deep guttural voice reverberated towards the two, asking them about their situation. The men searched for the origin of the voice. It turned out it was Johnny's father, Simon, who was standing next to Natasha, Johnny's now step-mother. They all stood in their changed clothes which was less formal than the ones they wore during the wedding. "Did something happened?"

Simon's voice and expression was shadowed with disapproval rather than anger, but there was a tinged of annoyance in his stance. "Well?"

Timmy went on to exposing Simon's son, but surprisingly Timmy opted out some things. "Oh, Johnny forgot to mention one important thing today before we could take our seats. It-" He stopped himself before he could further let out his problems to someone he barely knows. "Never mind, I think everything fine now. If I may be excuse."

The wedded couple and their son watched Timmy's back disappear into the entrance to where the receptacle of guests were waiting. Simon could only shake his head as he turned to Natasha, took her hands, and kissed it. He whispered some things, and turned back to Johnny.

"Could you tell me what was that about, Johnathan?" The look Simon gave to his son was akin to a parent finding their child had been caught doing a bad thing. His question was more like served more like a demand rather than a question.

Biting his lips, Johnny acted sheepish; as if he had . "I, um. The truth is I didn't tell Timmy about his mother and her second family coming to your reception." Johnny's father was about to tear him a new one, but reigned himself. Upon closer observation, Simon saw and knew that Johnny was remorseful. Before he could talk, Simon was beaten by his son as Johnny decided to . "But, I've apologized to him, already. Not sure if I'm going to be forgiven since you kinda cut him off when we were having our tiff. But, it looks like Timmy is fine now. Let's go, before the guests decides to leave since you two are late."
