Pool meets the Clowns

Saving Bridget may have been a huge mistake, because as I walk into school I see her showing everyone the burn mark I gave her after saving her.  Dammit I should have known they are all attention hoars, great and now Luke is over there with fucking Trixie attached to his arm and yep no sign of Kai so fuck my life, yea.

"Omg hey Jackie, check this out.  Jack in the Box broke me out of jail the other night and gave me this!"

"Seriously?  Thats super cool Bridget, you are so lucky to be alive.  Those who usually see her are never alive to tell the tale after," I said walking away to the roof.

Kai should be here.  He and his dad are supposed to be meeting my dad today.  God if they stand him up there will be no turning back.  They could end up like penguin and worse cause they can't really die.  Torture forever.  Well I guess my dad would have to catch them first and they are professional assassins and trained killers.  But then there is Mr. Pool's wife who isn't immortal and dad would love to get his hands on her.

Are you day dreaming about me sweet cheeks?" said a familiar voice behind me.

I turn around.  "Kai!"

"You sound excited to see me.  Have you caught some of the feels for me?"

"No.  Things have just been boring without you and plus my dad wouldn't be happy if he was stood up."

"Don't worry my dad is a huge fan girl over yours.  So we ditching today or staying?"

"I gotta stay today and make sure Bridget doesn't say something that would get her killed, well by me," I say chuckling and leaving him on the roof.

Oh thank god he is back

School is long over and back at home my dad is setting a table for dinner which is something I have never ever seen before.  He is humming and like skipping around I didn't even know he could have feelings like these.  

"Jackie go look nice we have company coming over!" he screams.

"What the fuck am I supposed to wear for these people?  They already know me."

"Go put on your damn costume then, look professional."

"I fucking am with or without a damn costume!"

"Do not give me sass young lady, I am in a very good mood right now."

"I know its fucking creepy, you are giving off the biggest pet vibe ever!!"

I head upstairs like he asks and get ready.

"Welcome!"  I hear my dad project from downstairs.

Here we go.  fingers crossed no one dies, the world doesn't end, and anything else thats possibly a nightmare.  What am I saying thats all thats gonna happen.  What good could come from this meet besides the end of the damn world.

"Omg it is really you, you are The Joker!!!" Screamed pool

"Hey Hype."

"J Box."

"You weren't kidding your dad really is fan girling."

"Yea its embarrassing."

I look over to see Pool hugging my dad and boy does my dad look hella confused.

"Hug him back dad."

"Thats a joke right?"

"No, you want some sort of relationship with him so hug the man back."

"But he is a grown man and a professional killer..."

"Seems he is also a hugger."

I watch as dad slowly raises his arms and wraps them around the red jumpsuit of Pool.  Then of course sliding a dagger out of his sleeve and stabbing him in the head.

"Ow what was that for Chuckles."

"Chuckles?  J why don't you take Hype as you called him and go out while the grown ups chat."

"By that you mean get some body bags?"

"NO!  Now leave!"

"Fine, lets go Hype."

"Nice meeting you Mr and Mrs Joker."

"They aren't married you dipshit," I said dragging him away.

"Bye son see you later."
