Chapter 4. The trust has been broken

Melissa’s point of view

I was walking to my car, but then I heard Tawni talking to someone.

She said, “She had sex with Harry Styles.”

“Are you sure about this because I don’t want to look like a fool?” A familiar voice said in a stern tone.

“She told me, and her hair wasn’t as perfect as it usually is. She was also glistening from sweat.” Tawni said with a smile on her face.

“She lied to everyone about it. I love this. She is no longer Little Ms. Perfect. I hate that I have to tell the media about Harry Styles was fooling around with a Midwestern girl, and she also is a high school student, but what must be done shall be done.” I looked up from behind my car, and I saw Eris talking to Tawni.

I got in my car as quickly as I could, and I opened the door and sat in the driver’s seat. I placed my head on the steering wheel and started crying. I couldn't believe that Tawni had betrayed me in the most horrible way. I lifted my head off the steering wheel, and I took my phone out of my purse. I checked my notifications on Twitter and Facebook, and there was my sophomore picture with a heading and a story with my picture.

The headline said, "A Midwestern high school student at the age of seventeen found Harry Styles in her arms. They had sex while Harry Styles in Minnesota for a concert."

I threw my phone into the passenger's seat, and I started the ignition and drove off the school's property.

Harry's point of view

Liam had a disappointed expression on his face as he walked to me and said in a disappointed tone, "You've done it, now, Harry."

I gave him a confusing expression on my face as I asked him, "What do you mean, Liam?"

Liam gave me his iPhone, and I look at the article and gasped very loudly. I couldn't believe that everybody knows that I fooled around with Melissa in Minnesota. I gave back Liam his phone, and I placed my hands over my face and sighed loudly.

I got out of the booth and went into the bathroom. I looked in the mirror and punched it, and I looked at my hand. It was bleeding, and there was glass in my knuckles. It hurts to open my hand. Liam and Niall opened the door and saw that the mirror was punched. I saw Louis running to the bathroom, and he gasped loudly when he saw the mirror was smashed. Zayn walked past the bathroom, but then he came back to the bathroom, and he looked like he was going to pass out from the sight of the mirror being broken.

Niall asked, "What happened to the mirror, Harry?"

"Nothing." I responded harshly.

Liam shook his head as he was saying, "It doesn't look like nothing, and your hand."

I said harshly again, "It is no big deal, guys."

"Is it about the story about you and that Melissa?" Louis asked in a harsh tone.

"Don't say Melissa's name in disgust ever again!" I yelled harshly, and I was in Louis' face and was ready to punch him.

Liam pulled me away from Louis before I punched in his face. Liam looked at me and calmed me down.

I said, "I need to be left alone for a while."
