Chapter 5

Chapter 5. How could you?

Melissa's point of view

I parked my car in front of my house, and I sat there staring at my phone. I was wondering if I should call Tawni and confront her about what she did to Harry and me. Then, I will do something worse than that because I knew she would deny it all, and probably say that it wasn't her; it was someone else.

I text all of my real friends except Tawni; telling them to meet me at McDonald's around 6pm.

I went to my bedroom and did my homework. Once I was done with my homework and laid on my back in my bed, and I staring at my ceiling while I was listening to One Direction. And now, I felt my heart skipping a beat from hearing Harry singing, which is still normal before I had sex with Harry.

They all were asking why were they at McDonald's. I looked at the TV, and my picture pops up. I felt my heart dropped in my stomach from what Tawni and Eris did to Harry and me.

"That is why we are here?" I pointed at the TV.

Everybody turned around to look at the TV, and they all gasped from what they saw.

Jenni asked, "How did the media find out about that?"

I responded, "Tawni did that with Eris' help!"

They gasped again and said unison, "We can't believe it!"

Clarissa asked, "Are you serious?"

"Yes, I just can't believe it that she would do this for popularity." I said as I placed my head on the table and started crying.

"It is just going to be okay, Mel." Jenni said as she rubbed my back gently.

"No, it's not! Everybody going to think that I am some kind of slut." I said as I placed my head on her chest and kept on crying.
