The Red Lightening of Konoha (Sequel to Red Hot Habanero)

This is only the epilouge from the last chapter of Red Hot Habanero! Not the real first chapter!

**Nine Years later Mishinas' POV

So now we're all fifteen, and I'm still in the Akatsuki. I like it here! But I'm not really sure about Akane and Naruto though, I haven't gotten any visions about them in the last nine years so I have no clue....

"Deidara! You're such a perv! I'm scarred for life!" I had accidentally taken a look into his mind, and I was in it...

His face flushed a bright red. "W-what are you talking about. un?" he asked not meeting my gaze.

"You know exactly what!" I yelled throwing a pillow at him that was next to me on the couch. "I'm only fifteen! Come on Deidara, that's gross!" I tried to shake the image that was now engraved in my mind.

"Sorry I think you're beautiful..." he whispered not meant for me to here.

My eyes went wide, "Did you just call me beautiful?"

"No-I mean yes-I mean... bye." and he got up leaving me alone in the living room.

I sighed disappointed that he left, I liked his company, I like having him around, do I followed him to his room. When I got to his door I felt nervous. I must have stood outside his door for five minutes contemplating whether to go in or let him be alone. He knew I was there, I knew that, but if he wanted me there then he would have let me come in. Oh well! I opened the door slowly.

"Deidara?" I slipped in and closed it behind me. "Why did you leave, I liked you being there with me." I sat on the bed next to him.

"Cause, I got embarrassed, yeah. I just thought you wouldn't feel the same about me because well, I'm a lot older than you, un." he was looking at the floor.

"You could have at least thought of something...less mature Deidara." I smiled and I heard him chuckle. "And just to let you know, I like you too." I kissed his cheek and left his room and into mine, smiling the whole way there.

***Narutos' POV

I haven't heard about Mishina in time that she left. I never knew why she hasn't come back. No one told me about what had happen to her. And mom hadn't changed after she left, well she was smiling a little more but I just want to see her laugh again. It makes me sad that she's always like this.

That's when I vowed to bring her back one way or another. She was my inspiration to keep training with Pervy Sage, to get stronger.

But throughout my training with Pervy Sage I had accidentally destroyed part of the town for attacking him. What?! He was flirting with a woman WAY out of his league! But every woman is out of his league so I think he just give up, what am I saying he'll never give up...

But after I destroyed the town (Only a fourth of it!!!) a woman took me by the ear and started to drag me to the Hokage's office.

*** Akanes POV

We're all fifteen now, but we still haven't seen Mishina. To be honest I gave up on her, she was happy with the Akatsuki, I guess I'll let her be happy even if it means this family will be torn apart. Hitomi came into my office dragging Naruto by the ear. "What did you do now Naruto?" I said unamused still involved in my paperwork that was up to my neck.

"Well Pervy Sage was teaching me a new jutsu and I kinda sorta attacked him with it..." he paused, "and it destroyed a fourth of the town. I'm sorry Akane!"

"Address her as Lord Hokage!" Hitomi scolded him. Yeah that's right, I'm the Hokage now. My father stepped down, because he thought that I was able to handle it now, also because of mom. She had gotten so much worse throughout the years without seeing her child. And she never saw me when I was little, I was out on missions and what not, but Naruto was home and he always talked to mom and helped her with everything.

So being the Hokage was pretty difficult at times, I mean all the paperwork and well paperwork...but I had just become Hokage not to long ago, so I had to attend my first meeting. I'll admit I'm really nervous, but I can't let it get to me. (A/N I know this isn't a regular thing for them, but here there's going to be one once a year)

"Lord Hokage, we must be leaving for the Land of Iron now." Hitomi stated glaring at Naruto. He just rolled his eyes and looked away. "You may bring two body guards if you wish to."

I glanced Narutos' way, but he still needs training. He'll be escorting me there one day. I smiled at myself thinking of it. "Go and get Moriko, I would like her to come as well. Naruto." I sighed, "I'll deal with you later, you are dismissed." I stated walking out of the office and now on my way to my first meeting.

**At the meeting

I had just made my way to the meeting as they were starting. All of the Kages looked at me. One pair of sea foam green eyes had caught my attention almost immediately and to my luck the only seat open was next to him.
