Chapter 7

Hey, so I haven't been getting a lot of feed back on this story lately so can I get some comments and votes on this? I use to get a bunch of votes on this and now I'm lucky if I get a few... So guys just remeber that votes make me happy, comments give me more inspiration and that means that there could be quicker uploads:) Okay on with the story!

***Mishina's POV

Deidara and I walked into the base. My eyes were still puffy and red. My throat burned and it threatened to have more tears spill from eyes. The breaths that I took were shakey, and my lip quivered as I stepped away from Deidara and went straight for Sasori's room.

"M, where are you going, un?" he called after me. I didn't say anything and kept towards Danna's room. When I got to the door I paused, my fingers were wrapped round the cold metal leading to his room. I slowly turned it and the smell of wood and his puppets filled my nose. I sniffed as my feet carried me to his desk where he worked. My finger tips brushed the wood of the puppet we was working on. I let out a sad breath sitting down on his chair.

I looked around his room, staring at everything when my eyes laid upon the poisons. I chuckled as I rememberd the first time that I met Sasori. I had picked up a poisoned senbon and it fell into my foot. Sasori treated it and he asked what I had. Now I know he was refering to the different coloring in my eyes. My Kekenmura.

I had always been facinated with his puppets. Sometimes I would come into his room and just watch him make them. Day after day I would spend my time in here when I was little, just laying on his bed and listening to him construct the wooden wonders he created.

It dawned on me that I woudn't be able to see him do that anymore and new tears sprang from my eyes. I tried to keep quite so that no one would hear me, but the door slowly opened and I looked over to see my bomber walk in with sad eyes. He came over to me and wrapped his arms around me.

"I miss him too." he whispered in my ear. I stood up, wrapping my arms around his neck, and crying into his cloak. His hands were rubbing my back gently, "Everything's going to be fine, yeah. We're never going to forget him, M."

"It's not going to be fine! I want him back! I want Danna back...I want our puppet master back, D.." I looked at him in the eyes and saw a tear fall from his and I wiped it away. "Don't cry, guys aren't suppose to cry Deidara."

He chuckled half heartedly. "Come on, let's go to sleep. It's been a long day,un." He led me back to his room. He fell asleep almost as soon as he hit the bed. But me... there was one thing on my mind that night. Who killed Sasori?

***Akane's POV

I've been in Suna for about a week now and I loved it here. Gaara mostly showed me the attractions and where everyone went to when they came here. Every night we would go out on the roof, sometimes I'd fall asleep up there, but I would always end up in his bed in the morning, his arms wrapped around me.

This morning was no different, I woke up and Gaara's arms were wrapped provectivly around my waist. I smiled and turned over to see his already open sea foam green eyes.

"Morning." he said in his sexy morning voice. It's honestly the most attractive thing I've ever heard.

"Morning." I replied back with a smile.

He kissed me and got out of bed, "I have to go to work, but I'm giving Temari the day off and if you want to do anything with her for the day you can." he offered.

I sat up, "Alright, I'll hang out with her today." I smiled, and stepped out of the bed, getting dressed from the large shirt that I had on.

"Good, you haven't really talked to her much have you?"

I shook my head, "No, not really. I've been out with you the whole time." I chuckled.

He chuckled lightly as well, "She's going to be in my office, I haven't told her she's got the day off yet."

"Ok, is she in there right now? I could tell her." I offered.

"She should be, she's usually early."

He nodded as I kissed him again and left the room, heading towards his office, and as he said Temari was already in there. "Hi Temari." I smiled at her.

"Hello Akane." She returned the smile back.

"Gaara said he was giving you the day off, maybe we could hang out, you know have some girl time?" I raised my eye brows.

"Of course! I haven't really gotten to know you yet, and you are my little brothers girlfriend." she winked.

"He hasn't asked me to be his girlfriend yet actually..." I looked down, a rose color apearing on my cheeks.

She seemed a little bit shocked. "What? He hasn't? Gaara why do you have to be so shy..." She whispered to herself.

"So what do you want to do today?"

"Why don't we go shopping, and get our nails done? Sound good?"

"Yeah that sounds great!" she stood up as I said this and we walked out of the office and went to the nearest clothing store.

***Gaara's POV

She just left to go and get Temari so they could spend some time together. I walked out of my room and I made my way up to my office, suprisingly I found Kankuro there already.

"What are you doing here so early?" I asked him.

He just shrugged, "Nothing better to do today I guess, Moriko is out walking the town again so I just thought I'd be early."

I nodded, and went to sit at my desk. "Kankuro?"

He looked up at me, "What is it?"

"I want to ask Akane to be my girlfriend... I don't know how though.. but she's going to have to leave soon."

Kankuro smiled, "Well you gotta make it romantic, chicks love a guy whose romantic. Try taking her somewhere nice, or somewhere special that you've never taken anyone before, be sure to tell her that too so she knows."

"Well there is this one place-" I was cut off by the phone ringing. "Kazekage speaking."

"Gaara...this is Naruto. Is Akane there? I have bad news."
