Chapter 7:

  Third Person View

   As much as she didn't want to, Jennie forced herself to be friendly for the sake of Lisa. Yesterday, Lisa went out with jungkook and every since she arrived back at the girl's dorm, she couldn't stop smiling.

It's no secret that Jennie didn't like the boy but if he really made Lisa happy, she would try to support the two.

She just got so pissed when thinking of what he used to do to her. It made her even more mad knowing that Lisa did absolutely nothing to defend herself.

"Hello." The five boys already seated stopped eating and diverted their attention to Jennie.

She continued speaking, "I'm Jennie, Lisa's friend. I would just like to thank you for protecting our maknae the other day."

"No problem. . ." Jungkook said while awkwardly chuckling. Jennie always had this cold aura around her, it scared Jungkook, a lot.

In attempt to get rid of the tense atmosphere, Mingyu spoke. "Oh, well hi Jennie! I'm Mingyu and this is Yugyeom. That's Taehyung and obviously Jungkook."

Jennie waved to the other three trying to be friendly. Mingyu and Yugyeom were new to her while Taehyung was a bit familiar since Lisa and him used to date.

"Well I better get going. Once again, thank you." Jennie said before leaving. She originally came just to see how Jungkook replies and he didn't so too bad.

No attitude, he was just a bit awkward. Maybe Jungkook really did change. Jennie felt a little better after that meeting but that didn't mean she was going to let him off the hook that easily.

Jennie then walked back to her usual table with Jimin, Joy, Mark, Mina, Irene, Rosé, and Lisa. For today, Jungkook and Lisa decided to eat separately, especially because of the opinions coming from Lisa's friends.

"What was that about?" Rosé, who was sitting across from Jennie and next to Lisa, asked. "It was nothing." Jennie said while getting comfortable in her seat.

Rosé eyed her suspiciously before letting the topic go. Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa were sitting at the same table as their friends but they decided to scoot over a bit that day just so they could talk separately.

It was a normal thing so the others didn't mind. The three girls were busy eating when Rosé started speaking.

"Have you been feeling better lately?" Rosé asked Lisa. "It's been fine," Lisa replied. "I haven't been taking the pills either so that's good."

Of course Jennie, Jisoo, and Rosé knew about Lisa's condition. She had to leave practice early quite a lot to go to therapy and even though Lisa always says she's fine, they know it's not true.

All the training together really made the four girls become sisters. Even if they don't debut together, they will always be there for each other.

Lisa smiled at the girls after responding. The girls noticed that her smile wasn't fake or forced, it was actually genuine and that made them happy.

"Oh yeah! Today I got partnered with this really annoying kid. I already forgot his name but that's fine because i'd rather not know him."

Rosé chuckled, " Everyone is annoying to you, eonnie." Jennie smacked her arm making Rosé laugh.
