Chapter 14

Chapter 14:

"Ow" Lisa mumbled as she felt a semi hard object hit the back of her head. It was a crumbled up piece of paper. Lisa looked back to the culprit and saw Tzuyu signaling her to read the paper.

Out of curiosity, she picked up the crumbled ball off the ground after making sure the teacher was distracted.

r u just gonna ignore my texts? I told u there is a party tonight, u coming?

Lisa's eyes widened after reading the paper. So the text wasn't a mistake after all. Lisa glanced at Tzuyu who was still looking at her before turning back to the front of the class, completely ignoring the invitation once again.

Why would Tzuyu want Lisa at the same party as her? Didn't they hate each other? Also, why did she mention Jungkook in the text as if she wanted the two to be together?

All these thoughts entered her head not letting her pay attention to the lesson being taught.

"Okay class, don't forget the homework and have a great day." The teacher said before the loud bell rung, dismissing the students to go home.

Lisa started packing up her bag when two students approached her at the same time.

"Hey Lisa—"
"Lisa I wa—" They both spoke at the same time making Lisa turn to the two. Let's not leave out she was confused and shocked as well. Why wouldn't she be when Jungkook and Tzuyu were there standing right in front of her trying to speak to her.

The three teenagers together were not a good combination but somehow, nothing bad happened.

"I'll just go." Tzuyu mumbled before speed walking out of the classroom. Jungkook scratched his neck as he watched Tzuyu walk out.

"Did you need something?" Lisa smiled sweetly at him after wearing her backpack.

"Oh yeah. . . umm I was wondering if you were attending the small meet up tonight. It's a just a few JYP trainees and other trainees our age."

Lisa stopped what she was doing and furrowed her eyebrows. She was confused, was this "meetup" the same one Tzuyu was speaking about earlier.

"I don't think so." Lisa replied with an apologetic smile.

Jungkook became desperate after hearing her answer. He needed her to attend because this was the night he wanted to make a few more moves on her. Hopefully lead her on a bit.

"It will be really fun, come on." He tried to convince her. "You can bring your members as well if you don't feel comfortable going alone."

"Sorry if this sounds rude but what is the purpose of this meetup anyways, doesn't everyone train? It honestly doesn't sound interesting."

Jungkook couldn't convince her even if he tried. Especially after her thinking session before falling asleep the night before.

I don't think it would be appropriate to say she was losing interest, she was just questioning some of her motives which she thought was a normal thing for having a crush.

"Luckily, today worked for a lot of other trainees so we thought it would be nice to catch up." Jungkook replied. At this point he kind of had a feeling that she wouldn't be changing her mind.

"I'm really sorry Jungkook but I'm not feeling very good today so like I said before, I'm gonna have to pass. Thank you though. I appreciate you and Tzuyu considering me."

And there she was again, Lisa was being an unhealthy amount of sweet. Even if she didn't try, she changed around Jungkook. She felt calm and anxious at the same time.
