Chapter 12:

"Thank you girls for coming. Please take a seat." Yang Hyun Suk said to the four tired girls as they entered his office.

It was 3am which meant the girls had five hours to sleep. It was more than other nights but still not enough to make them feel fully energized.

Even though sleepy, the girls didn't forget to show respect to their CEO by bowing before taking their seats.

As soon as their manager closed the door, Yang Hyun Suk started speaking again.

"After having multiple meetings with the staff at this company, we have made the decision to delay Pinkpunk's debut until 2014."

The room became deadly silent. If the girls weren't already wide awake, they were after hearing the news. Jennie wanted to lash out at the guy but decided to not do so.

She kept repeating to herself that she was just a trainee and could be sent home at any moment.

Lisa and Rosé teared up as soon as they processed what Yang Hyun Suk had said. First, they were supposed to debut the beginning of 2013, then it was postponed to the end of 2013. Now they had to wait until 2014 and that wasn't even official.

"With that being said, I decided to give you girls a week off. You have all worked hard and should rest."

As soon as Lisa closed her locker, she saw the last person she wanted to see. With arms crossed, the girl started speaking, "You didn't answer my texts."

"Must have accidentally blocked your number." Lisa deadpanned before walking right past her.

"I'm not playing with you, Manoban. Where is my notebook? I know you have it!" Tzuyu shouted while blocking Lisa's way.

Lisa tried to walk past her but started getting angry when Tzuyu once again blocked her. "I'm not playing with you! I asked a question, now answer!"

Lisa suddenly shoved Tzuyu into the lockers out of anger. "I'm not playing either! Now leave me the fuck alone, Tzuyu."

It has been a little more than 24 hours since she heard the news from the CEO of YGE and she was still pissed. Lisa was barely able to sleep that night.

As every hour passed, she felt more and more like all of her hard work meant nothing to the company. Not just her hard work but also her members' hard work.

'Everything happens for a reason' she kept trying to tell herself to cool off but she couldn't help but be so emotional. Especially because it was that time of month again.

Tzuyu watched as Lisa walked off when she suddenly felt a presence beside her. When she looked over, she saw Jungkook standing there staring at Lisa's retreating figure as well.

"What got into her?" He asked before moving his eyes from Lisa to Tzuyu.
"I honestly don't care but I'm not just going to let her embarrass me like that." Tzuyu said while glancing around at the other students in the hall.

"We had a plan, didn't we?" Tzuyu asked Jungkook out of the blue. "You still wanna go through with that?" He asked back.

"Did I ever disagree to it?" Jungkook stayed silent at Tzuyu's question.
