"Honey, I’m home!" I shouted into the empty front room. I hung my coat on the vintage hook on the wall, setting my keys in the key bowl. "Lia, my darling." I shouted once more.

There was a delicious smell wafting through the house that told me Lia had cooked dinner. I slid my shoes off and crept through the house, curious as to where she could be. In the kitchen, there was a pink slip of paper that had curly handwriting.

"Gone to the store, I was missing a spice!

No peeking in the kitchen! Be back soon.

                                                            - L”

"Hm hm hm," I hummed to myself. I didn’t know when she left or how long it would be until she returned, but I made a dash for our bedroom. I quickly opened the "clothes that we don’t really wear so we’ll put them here" drawer. I reached back into the pocket of a bright red pair of jeans that I’ve never worn.

I smiled as my fingers touched the velvet, rounded corners of the small box that hid deeply in the pocket of those ugly jeans. I pulled it out and carefully opened it.

My heart fluttered whenever I looked at the ring. The thought of spending the rest of my life with Amelia makes me the happiest man on the planet. I closed it and placed it in the ugly jeans and then closed the drawer.

Just as I slowly closed the bedroom door, the front door opened. My heart raced a bit, knowing I was just a few seconds away from almost being caught.

"Harry?" Her voiced called out.

I ran my hand through my hair and smirked as I walked down the hall towards her, “I’m here, my love!” I smiled, greeting her with a great big hug and kisses planted all over her face. “How was your day?” I asked as I took the Tesco bag from her grasp.

She giggled, pushing my kissing lips away, “It was good, did some cleaning and then went to the gym and then called my mum and read some of my book.” Lia walked into the kitchen and opened the oven, checking whatever was in the oven.

"You left the oven on as you left the house?" I said, shocked.

She shrugged, “I was gone for two minutes.”

I rolled my eyes as I sat on one of the high stools and placed my chin in my hand. I laughed as I thought to myself, ‘This is what I want to marry.’ She moved easily though the kitchen, adding spices and onion slices, stirring, spinning.

"Why don’t you go wash up before dinner, babe." Lia said quietly, "It’s got another twenty minutes." I nodded and stood, making my way to the shower.

I shed my clothing and turned the water on somewhere between warm and scalding. As I slid the curtain open, I heard three quiet taps come from the door, “Harry?” Lia called.

I didn’t bother wrapping a towel around me, Lia had seen me plenty of times. “Yes?” I poked my head through the open door. I felt a sense of surging heat and excitement as I saw Lia had shed her clothes as well.

She had on the sheer black lingerie that she knew I adored. What really got me going was the innocent look on her face as she said, “Can I join you, please?”

I let out a little giggle as she stepped into the shower, pulling me in. Our large shower had a long tile bench to sit. Lia stepped through the hot water and climbed on the bench, letting her legs hang.

"I just missed you today." Damp pieces of her dark hair fell over her face and her sexy, unmistakable smirk peeked through as she looked down. She slid her back against the wall and brought her knees up, "Come on, Harry."

I could feel myself growing hard, just by looking at her.  ”Oh, this is gonna be fun.” I said, grabbing her body and holding it to mine like it was the last time we could fuck.

Lia held my soaking hair between her fingers. “Show me you love me.” She whispered against my lips. I shivered as her delicate hand wrapped around my erection.

I traced my fingers against the hem of her lace panties. A smirk played on my lips as Lia shuddered at the touch of my fingers against her lips. I slowly brought my fingers into her and she let out a groan, letting me know that this was going to be oh so enjoyable.
