Erwin's P.O.V.

I didn't get to see Scarlet last night. She spent the night in her room in the HQ since she would get ready there in the morning and head over to the Chapel in the carriage.

Me however, I have to ride there in a separate carriage from her. I too was to get ready in the HQ but I wasn't able to see Scarlet at all. It was strict orders from the King and his assistants.

As I got out of bed someone knocked on my door, "Commander? It's time for you to get ready."

It was James. By the sound of it, I think he had more than one person with him. Honestly I could get ready myself. But the King insisted on having James do whatever he can to get me ready.

I walked over to the door and let him into my room, "Good morning James."

"Good Morning Commander," He was followed in by two other people, "This is my brother and sister. They're going to do your hair and make sure everything is ready. After all, we are to satisfy the King."

I nodded and then walked over to my window, "By any chance have you seen Scarlet today? I didn't get to see her much of yesterday or last night."

"No sir." All of three of them said in unison.

The sister giggled though, "The King's assistant insisted on that you will not see the bride until the actual ceremony begins."

"How come that is?" I asked and turned towards the siblings who were getting everything ready. They laid out the suit and I had to admit it was rather nice.

It was black pants and a black coat. Under was a white long sleeve button up and a red tie. In my pocket was a small rose for decoration and color.

"James may I ask why the color red?" I walked over to the suit and inspected it better.

"The King's orders. Since he approved the engagement in the Rose Garden if the Military Police headquarters. Rumor has it that Scarlet's white dress will have something red. Similar to yours." He said as he gestured for me to stand in front of the mirror.

I walked over as he handed me the suit, "The three of us will be outside, you put this on and we'll go from there."

The three siblings slid out of my room leaving me to put on the suit. I slid off all my clothes and slid on the suit. It fit on me perfectly.

"So this is what being a groom feels like," I muttered to myself, "Alright I'm done." I said loud enough so the three siblings could hear.

They came back in and James clapped, "It fits you perfectly! Oh and we heard that down the hall your bride has begun to get ready. Now sit down so we can get your hair done and we can leave before Scarlet does."

His sister pointed to the chair on my desk, "Sit."

"Sorry she's one who doesn't talk as much. And when she does she's rude." James brother said as he began to slick my hair back, like usual.

"It was so much easier for you to get ready. You're done already!" He chuckled and then back away, "Shall we go before Miss Scarlet is almost done?"

I looked at my reflection in the mirror and I have to say I was satisfied. I was afraid they were going to overdo it but it was simple.

As soon as they finished cleaning up, James opened the door, "Let's go we have a wedding to attend."

The three of us slid out of my room and into the hallway. Only a few soldiers roamed the halls since they had to stay back and keep watch on the HQ. The rest must already be at the wedding.
