"You look so sexy tonight," Brian's says when we're back at the hotel. His breath reeks of wine, which he had a lot of at the restaurant. I wouldn't be surprised if he were intoxicated. I, on the otherhand, did not drink at all. I stuck to water.

"Well you look pretty darn hot yourself," I say. Brian comes up behind me and wraps his arms around my waist. He starts kissing my neck, gently biting it every so often. I can just imagine Harry doing this to me...oh my God. I feel my knees go weak at the thought of Harry and I possibly having sex.

"I see I turn you on that much," Brian whispers in my ear. He spins me around so I'm facing him. "Let me see if I can turn you on even more." He removes his suit jacket slowly, trying to be seductive. I already don't like you so nothing is going to work. He then unbuttons his shirt and flings it off. He starts fiddling with his belt buckle, but I stop him.

"Brian, I can't have sex with you tonight." He freezes.

"Why not?" He looks at me with disbelief. I know he has been waiting for this for a long time, but it's not going to happen. I promised myself I will wait and give it up to someone I truly love, and I don't truly love Brian.

"I have my period," I lie. I'm not supposed to get my visit from Mother Nature until our trip is over.

"Stupid fucking woman parts." He picks up his jacket and shirt and places them neatly on the bed. He sits down.

"I'm sorry. If I could control it I would." I sit down next to him.

"At least change in front of me." What the hell?

"What?"

"C'mon. I deserve something on this night that was supposed to be special." Bastard.

"I'm not comfortable with that."

"But aren't you comfortable around me?"

"Um..." Should I tell the truth? Yes, yes I should. "No, I'm not. After you hit me is when I lost my ability to trust you and feel okay around you."

"You know I didn't mean to hit you."

"No, I don't know that. We have a shitty relationship, Brian. I'm not happy." I slowly scoot away from him and closer the edge of the bed in case I have to make a run for it.

"I think otherwise." He stands up and begins pacing back and forth in front of me. "I think your problem is you have too many friends of the opposite gender. You keep thinking about them fucking you instead of me." Okay, he's definitely drunk.

"No, Brian, that's not it. Just hear me out."

"I'd rather be eating you out but fine. Speak." He crosses his arm and this time, I decide, I'm not holding anything back.

"Okay, first of all, your attitude is absolutely disgusting. You've always had a huge temper and whenever someone, especially me, does something you don't like, you get all pissed off and start yelling. Second, you hit me. What kind of boyfriend freaking hits his girlfriend? And you didn't even bother to pay my dental bill. You know I don't have dental insurance. And third, you expect me to walk everywhere. You barely pick me up at my apartment or offer to drive me places. I think I deserve better than that." Better than you...I deserve someone like...Harry.

"You're kidding, right? I'm probably the best boyfriend and musician out there." How much more cocky could you possibly get?

"Wrong."

"Wrong?" He takes a step towards me. I move backwards.

"Yes, wrong." I stand up and move as far away from him as possible. "You are the worst boyfriend ever. I've had one other boyfriend before you, and I have to say he was the sweetest person ever. I'm sorry I ever let him go." And that's when it happens. Drunken Brian slaps me hard across the face.

"How dare you say that. Take that back right now."

"No." I want to cry, but if I cry I'll only show I'm too weak and he'll only get worse.

"Fine. I guess I'll have to force you to take it back." He wraps his hand around my throat and squeezes. I attempt to pry his fingers loose, but he's too strong. I start screaming.

"Would you shut up?" Brian says through clenched teeth. "Someone's going to hear and then arrest me. I'll lose my recording contract and all my fans and all my money and I'll be sent to jail. Stop."

"You...only have...fifty...fans," I say, gasping for air. I've never been choked before, and I hate it. If only Harry were here to stop this.

"Yeah, okay. Didn't I tell you to shut up?" There's a knock on the door. Brian releases me to go answer it. I'm breathing heavily.

"Is everything alright?" a female voice asks. It's the lady from the front desk this morning.

"Ye--" Brian starts, but I interrupt.

"No." My voice is firm.

"What's the matter?" She barges into the room. I guess she recognizes me. I glance at Brian and he looks like he's about to pounce on her...and not in a good way.

"He--" Brian is giving me a warning look. I ignore it. "--hit me and then choked me." I feel the tears in my eyes willing me to let them free, but I can't.

"What?!" She takes out her phone and pages what I'm guessing is security. "Are you hurt?"

"My cheek stings a bit, but other than that I'm okay."

"Has he ever hit you before?"

"Yeah, once in the past."

"Come with me." The woman from the front desk drags me out into the hallway, leaving Brian alone in the room.

"I have my security team coming up here to take him away. How long are you staying?" I read the woman's name tag. Her name is Elle and she is the hotel manager.

"Two weeks."

"Do you have any place to stay until you leave?" The security team rushes out of the elevator and opens the door to the room without knocking.

"No, actually." Maybe I can see if Harry will let me crash at his place. I doubt it though.

"How bout this: you can stay here, in this room, for a few nights until you find another place to stay. Does that sound good?"

"Can't you just charge Brian's card for the two weeks?" I cross my arms.

"I'm afraid not. We're only allowed to charge a credit card for the amount of nights the person has stayed."

"Oh. Okay, yeah, that's fine." I need to call Harry. My thoughts are interrupted by security dragging Brian out of the room.

"But I didn't do anything wrong!" Brian shouts, the security team carrying him out of the room. One of the guards smacks his ass and tell him to shut up. They bring him to the elevators. Yes, the last time I'll ever see Brian and have to deal with his doucheyness.

"You don't seem upset about this at all," Elle says. She's smirking.

"I've wanted out of this relationship for a long time, and now I'm out, so I'm happy." I smile.

"Great. Well, have a nice evening, ma'am. Feel free to call me with any questions." She smiles and heads towards the elevator. I go back to the room. Time to call Harry.
