*A/N: Sorry for the short chapter! This is just a phone conversation between Sabrina and Harry!*

"Hello?" Harry says, answering the phone.

"Hi, it's Sabrina," I say.

"I know."

"Oh, okay, um...you're probably wondering why I'm calling." I'm staring out the window at the Palace across the street, trying to gather my thoughts.

"Yeah, I kind of am."

"Well...promise me you won't tell anybody this." There's silence. I feel like a complete idiot.

"Okay, I promise."

"So Brian was taken into custody by the hotel security for domestic violence and now I need a place to stay because his credit card was on file and they're only allowed to charge for the amount of nights the credit card holder stays and I can't transfer to my card because I don't have enough money to keep staying here so I was wondering if maybe you would let me crash at your place for two weeks." I bite my lip, nervously waiting for an answer. I rushed through that pretty fast. Did he understand it all?

"Domestic violence? He was fucking arrested for domestic violence? Did he hurt you, Sabrina?" Oh my God, does he still care about me? The concern is clear in his voice.

"Yeah...he did." I didn't want Harry to know. I don't want him pitying me. All I want is to rebuild our lost relationship. I don't want him viewing me in a different way.

"I never met him, and now I'm glad I never will. He sounds like a douche."

"He really is. I made a mistake going out with him. This past year is one I'll never get back. I regret it so much." I feel tears forming in my eyes. Please, Harry. I never stopped loving you...

"I am so sorry. I would be more than happy to have you stay at my place. It'll give us more time to catch up and become friends again." I don't want to be your stupid friend. I want to be your girlfriend.

"Thank you so much. When can I come by?" I start pacing back and forth in front of the couch. I'm so goddamn excited!

"Anytime tomorrow is fine with me."

"Alright. Say..." Should I do this, or should I not? How will he react? "Ya want to grab breakfast at Sally's tomorrow morning?"

"Sabrina, I would love to, but I have a meeting tomorrow morning until 11. Maybe some other day."

"Oh, okay, yeah, some other day." There's a long silence that is so deafening I can't stand it. "I should go now. See ya." I hang up without saying bye. How am I going to get Harry back?

*Harry's POV*

I wanted to say yes to Sabrina asking if I could go to breakfast tomorrow, but I couldn't bring myself to. I lied about having a meeting. I can't be near her without wanting to kiss her or hug her or just plain old stare at her, and she might think that's weird. I don't want to ruin our path to friendship by being weird.

"Harry, you okay, mate?" Niall asks. He's clinging onto his girlfriend, Aurora. I could be clinging onto Sabrina right now...

"Yeah, I'm fine."

"Don't tell me you're still upset about Sabrina. It's been over a year." He takes a sip of his beer.

"I was in love with her, Niall." I roll my eyes. "Getting over a girl is not easy."

"Trust me, I know." Aurora slaps his arm. He just pulls her in for a kiss. I walk away because seeing them together makes me depressed. Sabrina and I were once the couple every Directioner loved, but now it's Niall and Aurora. Wow, am I jealous?

"Hey, I think I'm going to head out," I say to Zayn.

"Kind of early, isn't it?" Zayn looks at his watch. "It's only 10:30."

"Yeah, I'm tired though. Tell Perrie happy birthday from me."

"Okay, man. See ya later."

--

I open the door to my flat and step inside. It gets pretty lonely at times. But Sabrina's staying with me for two weeks starting tomorrow...Maybe I should tell her to come over now...No...She'll think I want to be more than just friends.

I shake my head. I need to stop thinking about her. I throw my keys onto the coffee table in the living room. I take my jacket off and toss it on the couch. I know I won't be able to sleep tonight. Tomorrow, come faster...please...
