(Ponyboy and Tori's POV together)
"Listen Tori,I know your upset in all,but I ju-"Ponyboy explained,or tried to.
"No!Just forget it,okay?"
"Okay okay."Ponyboy sighed.
There was a long moment of silence for what seemed like years.Luckily Ponyboy had an idea that would cheer Victoria up.
"Do you wanna go to the beach and watch the sunset?"
Ever since Ponyboy asked out Victoria,she is happier.She had issues with her friend Kaila because she lied to her.To make up for it,Ponyboy,Victoria,Steve and Kaila double dated.That was the night Steve blew.He hated to be around Ponyboy and that night he lost it.He started yelling at Pony boy because he was "annoying".
"Of course!Let's buy some beach buckets and shovels too!The surf shop is around the corner from the beach!"Tori screeched like a little kid who just received ice cream.
Pony boy walked in front of Tori and gave her a piggy back ride all the way to the surf shop.He was on track,he was strong like his brother Darry but not as strong.
*surf shop*
"Lets get the purple one Pony!"
"*chuckle* *chuckle*"the clerk laughed.
"Do you have a problem?"
"Tori let him,he's an immature adult."Ponyboy pleaded.
"Ya he is but I'm still gonna do something about it."
"Well,little miss,you can quit it cuz I certainly didn't do anything g or I'll have you out of my shop in 2 minutes.Your choice."the immature adult said in a ruthless voice.
"I pick,hmm,I pick to buy the purple bucket and never come back here again.Sound good?Okay."
Victoria and Ponyboy bought the purple beach bucket that came with a green shovel and watched the sunset go down at the beach around the corner.
It wasnt until Ponyboy got home at 11:00 p.m.Darry would be pretty mad he got home late.
