I go up to the roof of the building and stand at the edge, the wind blows through my hair as I look down and...
I take a seat, my feet dangling at the edge of the building. I fucked up everything... I whisper to myself as I begin to cry. I scream in frustration as the darkness of the night begins to fall. I look up and the sky, my sight blurry, and I take a deep breath. All of a sudden I hear a loud noise, the door opens scaring me half to death and I fall, I scream as I try desperately to grasp the walls for dear life.
"ANDREA NO!" I hear him scream. He runs to the edge and searches for me to see if I'm still falling, only to see me grasping the edge. "ANDREA DONT LET GO, I'LL COME GET YOU!!" He screams. He begins reaching down but he can't reach me. He grunts in pain as the hard brick roughly scrapes his ribs and stomach. He steps over the edge, carefully securing himself to the first window sill. He breaks the glass and hops inside reaching down again. He reaches so close to me, again grunt in pain.
"GRAB MY HAND!" He yells. I look down at this cruel broken world in thought. "ANDREA PLEASE!!" He begs. "ANDREA, I NEED YOU!!!" He says as he starts to cry. I begin to tear up as well as I grab his hand tightly. He pulls me up through the window and hugs me like it were the last time.
"Don't ever scare me like that again." He says as he cries into my shoulder. I never thought I'd see the day where I saw him so vulnerable. He really loves me... Even after telling him everything... he loves me. I knew all along I wanted it to end with him, I knew he and I were meant to be since the day we became friends.
I'm in love with Grayson Dolan. He saved my life, he protected me, he truly cares. It can't be fake.
"I-I love you Grayson" I mutter.
He looks at me, face wet, eyes red, and nose running. "Andrea.. I love you so much." He says. I smile looking at the man I should spend the rest of my life with.
Who knew this all could've started with a stupid, overrated, superficial, and stereotypical GLOW UP.
