Music Camp (Shawn Mendes)|Complete

Chapter 8

July 1st (Part 2):
"Shawn" I said. "What are you doing. I thought you never wanted to speak with me again". "Of course I want to speak to you again. I told you that I have ahold of you thins time and I'm not letting go" I told her. "Really" she said as the tears streamed down her face. "Really. Let's go" I said as I took her hand. We walked to down to the lake.

We arrived there. We walked down to the dock. We sat down. "I have one question, why did you do it?" I asked her. "Look Shawn, it wasn't to just try and get really close to you. We hit things off pretty well. I started to actually fall for you pretty hard. If I told you my real age, you wouldn't have excepted me for who I am. You would have stayed away, and I couldn't afford to lose you again" she said.

Haley's Point of View:
"I didn't think this would harm you. I'm sorry" I told him. "Haley" he said as he grabbed my hand "No matter if your 17, 16, or 15, I still will always like you. Nothing would ever change that. Haley, I Love You. I've fell in love with you over the past 4 weeks I've been here with you. I couldn't just let you go. I started off really pissed off at you, but then it started to make me sad. I hadn't seen you for a couple of days and it shattered my heart. I felt like I was drowning. I just didn't know how to talk to you, this is the only way I thought I could" he said to me. Tears flowed down my face again. I was just speechless. No matter what I did, he was always there for me. He was one of the people that understood me. "Haley, darling, don't cry" he said as he wiped the tears off of my cheek. "Shawn, you're perfect. I really did end up lucky" I told him. He turned my head and look into my eyes. "Haley, I'm sorry for what I'm about to do" he said. I was scared. I thought he was going to hurt me, but instead he told my head and put his lips on mine. I pulled away. "Shawn, don't be sorry. I enjoyed that and I really enjoy you" I told him. "Now that I have you, I'm not letting go. I can't lose you again" Shawn told me. I took his hand and held it. I enjoy him. I still have no clue how I did end up this lucky. I don't deserve him. I laid my head on his chest and we just sat there, looking at the stars. We fell asleep.

I woke up to Shawn tapping me on the shoulder saying my name. "Haley. We need to go back to camp" he whispered. I got up and he held my hand as we walked back to our cabins. "Haley, do you want to stay in my cabin for the night?" Shawn asked me. I nodded and he took me into his cabin. He got me one of his old t shirts and a pair of shorts.

Shawn's Point of View:
Later that night, I woke up to see that we never headed back to our cabins. I tapped on Haley's shoulder and woke her up. I held her hand as we walked back to our cabins. I decided to ask her if she just wanted to stay in my cabin instead of waking her friends up. She has really changed me. To my surprise, she said yes. I took her hand and lead her into my cabin. She took off her shoes and I took off mine. I took off her jacket off of her and placed on my coat rack. I got out a white t shirt and a pair of shirt for her to sleep in. She put them on and all I could do was stare. No matter what she wore, she always looked beautiful. I then went into the bathroom and brushed my teeth and I changed into some shorts. I walked in to see Haley already in bed. She looked so peaceful. I went over to the other side of my bed and laid beside her.

Haley's Point of View:
As I was waiting for Shawn to come in, I undid his bed. I covered up in the covers. A few minutes later, I heard a door open. I opened my eyes a tiny bit to see Shawn standing there without a shirt on, and I mean "DAMMMMMMMN". He then came to the other side of the bed and laid down beside me. He took his hand and put it around my waist. I turned around and said "Shawn, I Love You. You are a bright light that for some reason I can't stop staring at, I can't even leave it with out myself wanting to go back for more" I told him. "Haley, I Love You too. You're like a song that no one has ever heard. You have a different beat and makes everyone want to come back for more" Shawn said. He took my head and pulled it closer to mine. He then put his lips on them, creating a feeling of relief, joy, and excitement. He then pulled me into his chest. That was the warmest I have been in a long time. I fell asleep in the arms of the man I fell in love with in over the course of a month just about. I can't wait to see what else happens going forward.

Rose's Point of View:
I saw Shawn talking to Haley again tonight. I decided to stay up and see what was going to happen. It was about 3 in the morning when they finally came back. He was holding her hand again. Shawn said something to her, but I couldn't hear him. She was then lead into his cabin. Are they going to do what I think they are. I need to go and tell one of the Camp leaders tomorrow morning.
