That particular week's stage were predicted to be a huge fire. This is because the lineup was simply crazy.

Blackpink were making their comeback after so long, this time, the title track of their first album was super lit. It's a song that is made of strong beat, more to a hip-hop vibe. It's as if they were expressing their anger for waiting to comeback for so long through this song.

It's a logical reason, seeing that the girls participated in composing the song themselves.

Maybe they really were angry.

Aside from them, the other group that was also making a comeback that week was BTS and Red Velvet.

Red Velvet had their comeback a week before, so their promotions would end earlier than Blackpink and BTS, who were coincidentally making their comeback at the same time.

It actually caused quite a ruckus on the media. The fans were having a war.

One major side of the fans were saying that Blackpink are crazy, to dare challenge BTS who were still on the roll, winning awards after awards.

Another side of them thinks that Bighit are too full of themselves, for full-on charging against a rising group from the ferocious YG.

Meh, fans do like to fight sometimes but hey, why compare them when you can ship them right.

Back to the story.

The four diamonds of YG were in the waiting room, hyping themselves up for their turn.

At the small monitor screen, Red Velvet were performing on stage. Their new song was a bop. Enough said.

"Yah, Irene unnie is really into it huh."

"I know right, but darn did you hear that highnote Seulgi unnie hit?"

As the girls were jamming to their bestfriends slash rivals' song, the stage manager came into the waiting room.

"Blackpink, please go to the backstage now,  you're on after BTS."

"Neh!" The girls replied.

Blackpink went to the backstage, and BTS were there, waiting for their turn to come up right after Red Velvet.

The boys saw them coming, and immediately bowed and greeted.

"Annyeong, Blackpink!" Hoseok greeted. He's such a sunshine.

"Annyeonghaseyo, sunbaenimdul!" The girls bowed back.

"I can't believe our comeback is at the same time. The fans are going crazy." Yoongi said, smiling.

"Yeah, I'm in a dilemma. I'm rooting for you guys, but I don't wanna lose too" Jimin laughed.

"Eeh ani, you guys are definitely going to win, sunbaenimdul. We're just hoping to give off a good fight hehe" Jennie, Blackpink's spokeperson said.

"Oh come on, don't say that. You guys are very good, we certainly were going to lose a long time ago, if our comebacks weren't at different times." Namjoon stated with a chuckle.

"Bangtan, you're on!" The stage manager said loudly.

"Neh!" The boys said in unison.

Hoseok turned to the girls, "Excuse us okay"

The boys huddled in a small circle, like they were entering the field for a soccer match.

"Alright, guys. Let's have fun, but don't embarass ourselves in front of Blackpink okay?" Namjoon said, and they laughed a little, before doing their cheer.
