Japan Outing

Chaeyoung woke up the next morning to her alarm clock, she slowly sat up with a long groan while stretching her body.

She looked to the bed next to hers, and noticed that Jisoo wasn't there, probably already up and about.

"Ugh, unnie didn't wake me up.." She whined. "Did I wake up too late..?"

Chaeyoung looked at her phone screen, 8:21 a.m.

She pouted. "It's not that late.."

Unnie is probably already waiting at the lobby with the others..

After a nice and quick shower, Chaeyoung got dressed in a comfortable oversized white button up shirt that compliments her slender figure, matched with her favourite short blue jeans and a pair of red Vans. She contemplated on putting her hair on a ponytail, but decided to just let it down.

She applied some light makeup, then quickly skipped her way out of the room.

But to her surprise, there was no one at the lobby, except for the staffs.

Huh? Where's everyone?

She pouted.

I guess I'll just wait here for them.

As she sat down on the large couch on the lobby, she took out her phone and scrolled through Blackpink's official Instagram and Twitter. She smiled as she read all the beautiful and kind comments by the fans. She also laughed at the memes the fans created; yes, the girls actually followed Blink's meme accounts.

Chaeyoung didn't bother to check on her members, believing that they would come down to the lobby soon.

But the only person who came down was Jungkook, alone.

Chaeyoung was supposed to be surprised or confused or even irritated by the fact that the other members weren't there, but she was too enthralled by the boyfriend material approaching her.

Holy sh-

Jungkook was wearing a plain white shirt that seemed too tight on his chest and torso, a black leather jacket on top of it(Chaeyoung silently thanked God for not revealing those arms). His black beanie matched his black hair and ear piercings. He donned a pair of blue jeans that had the same colour with hers, and of course, his all-time-fav Timberland.

What the heavens is this..?

She didn't even realize that he was already standing in front of her.

"Chaeyoung? Earth to Chaeng?" He waved his hands in front of her face, snapping her back to reality.

"H-huh? Oh, y-you're here. Um, where are the others? Did they went before us? Are we the last ones to wake up?" She questioned quickly.

Jungkook furrowed his eyebrows and chuckled. "The others? What are you saying?"

"Our members. Isn't everyone going?" She asked, clearly confused.

Jungkook laughed when he realized that Chaeyoung had misunderstood. "It's only the two of us, dummy. I never said we were going out as a whole group."

Chaeyoung's eyes widened immediately. "What?! Then I'm not going" She quickly stood up and tried to walk back to the elevator, but Jungkook stopped her.

"Wait, why! Chaeng, come on, let's go!"

"No! I'm not going!"

"Oh, come onnn, you said you'll come with me yesterday!"

"Jungkook, no! Someone might see us if it's only the two of us! Do you know what could happen then?!" She whisper-yelled, not wanting to grab the attention of the staffs around them.

Jungkook shrugged it off. "It'll be okay, Chaeng. I promise."

Chaeyoung looked into his eyes, unsure about what they were about to do.

"And I thought you said you'll give me a chance.." He muttered lowly with a pout, and Chaeyoung immediately shook off the thought that it was cute.

The two stood in front of the elevator in a short silence, as Jungkook waited for the girl's decision. She bit her lower lip with a frown, a part of her really wanted to go, but another was fighting back, telling her that they could get into trouble.

".. Chaeyoung?" Jungkook called, his eyes glittering with hope.

She released a deep sigh of defeat.

This is not a good idea.

The date, scratch that, hang out with Jungkook was unfortunately very fun for Chaeyoung.

They went to an arcade, where Jungkook convinced Chaeyoung to unleash her inner child spirit. Chaeyoung was really entertained by Jungkook's playful attitude. He would cheer so loudly when he wins a game, and whines like a kid whenever he loses.

"Yah, the machine is a fan of yours!" He pouted.

"Maybe it really is." Chaeyoung chuckled. "And hey, isn't that what Jin oppa always say to you?"

Jungkook froze for a second, then suddenly smirked. "Oh, someone's watching videos of me."

Chaeyoung was taken aback. "I-in your dreams, idiot."

 
 
 
They had lunch at a small restaurant; it was a place that Taehyung recommended to go the first time the boys went to Japan together, according to Jungkook. The food was really nice, and the place was really clean and cozy. Plus, people don't really go there, so they could eat without worrying about getting spotted by fans.

 
 
 
The two also went window shopping, and by that, they literally just went window shopping from outside the shops, not wanting to buy anything.

It was because one, people would recognize them if they actually entered any shops, and two, because they didn't really bring that much money with them.

"Where were you the whole day?" Jisoo asked, as soon as Chaeyoung entered their hotel room.

"I went out with Jungkook." She replied as if it was the most normal thing to do.

Jisoo's eyes widened in shock. "You went on a date with Jungkook?!"

"Hang out, not date."

"Yeah, right." The older girl scoffed.

Chaeyoung plopped her body on the bed.

"How about you, unnie? Where were you the whole day?" She asked in curiosity, seeing Jisoo was dressed up in the same manner as her.

"None of your business." Jisoo quickly replied.

Chaeyoung squinted her eyes in suspicion.

Hm, this unnie is hiding something.

"Okay, then."

"Wouldn't it be dangerous if people saw you with Jungkook?" Jisoo spoke, changing the topic back to Chaeyoung.

"I know, but we were just having fun." Chaeyoung replied nonchalantly.

Jisoo shook her head in disbelief. "Jennie's gonna kill you if she gets to know this."

Chaeyoung chuckled.

"True, that's why unnie's got to back me up, okay? Goodnight!"
