[Extra] I'm Sorry

It's been months since Chaeyoung and Jungkook's relationship was announced to the public, and all that they've been receiving was love; from all the fans, from fellow idols, their members, and of course, their families.

The couple officially- or coincidentally met with Chaeyoung's parents and sister first, when they came to Korea for a surprise visit. It was kind of awkward at the start, when Chaeyoung's family entered Blackpink's dorm to see their youngest child cuddling and making flirty jokes with a guy on the couch.

Luckily Jungkook's charms weren't rejectable, and he was accepted by her family in no time.

Jungkook had brought Chaeyoung back to Busan, and his parents didn't even take a second to fall in love with her. Chaeyoung felt the warmth of his parents like it was already her own.

It made her think that it was possible to take things further, where they would build a family, raise their own kids, have their own house and whatnot.

They have a shared apartment for now, but that's not the point.

To get to that wonderful future, first they have to go through the couple phase, where they're not completely attached to each other yet and most probably would have so many fights, which would become more and more fights when they get married.

Just like the situation they were currently in.

"Where are they..?" Jennie asked, typing on her phone to reach Chaeyoung.

"Hurry upppp, I'm starviing!" Jisoo whined.

Blackpink and BTS were gathered at a steak restaurant, to celebrate Namjoon's belated birthday and for Blackpink's recent Daesang nomination.

The members were already there, waiting for their favourite couple to arrive.

"Relax, they'll be here soon." Namjoon calmed them down.

"Yeah, there they are."

The bell on the main entrance rang, a confused frown appearing on everyone's face as the group noticed Jungkook entering alone.

As soon as he sat down, Taehyung nudged him. "Yah, where's your girl?" He whispered.

"Where's Chaeyoung?" Jennie asked, before he could answer Taehyung.

He opted a small smile for a response instead. And just then, the door bell chimed again, as a girl walked in with an anxious, pouty expression on her face.

The atmosphere became awkward as Chaeyoung joined them at the table, but not sitting beside Jungkook like she usually would. The rest of the group knew by then that something was off.

Jungkook didn't seem to want to talk to anybody, as he fiddled with his phone amidst the various topics being talked about. Chaeyoung on the other hand hung her head low with a pout and a guilty frown, her hands clenched on the hems of her shirt as her back was straightened all the time like she was being punished.

Even when the food came and the chatter died, the two didn't feel like joining the fun.

Seokjin whispered to Lisa. "Yah, what's wrong with them..?"

The blonde girl just shook her head, not having a clue either.

Jimin decided to be the initiator.

"Uh.. You two-"

"Let's eat, shall we?" Jungkook cut off the incoming question quickly, putting a large grin on his face.

Chaeyoung bit her lips, like she had commited the baddest thing in the world.
