Caspar POV
"Hello!" I shouted it was later on I knew they went golfing but should be back by now and jack and josh came upstairs
"Where Conor?" Evie asked
"He needed to gets some sleep little one"jack said she sighed then joe came upstairs he knew that we wanted Evie away
"Hay Evie I'm starting a live steam on instagram let's have you in it! Come on!"joe said and she followed joe we watched them go and he turned back and I nodded as a thanks and I looked back at josh and jack
"Did you know if conor goes to court to many times Evie gets sent back?"jack said I nodded
"She told me while we was eating but...there more to when Evie was little"I said they looked at me confused but curious obviously
"Remember when josh got given that drug pill thingy to get his bad side out"I said they nodded
"Evie had it when she was like young"I said they was shocked
"She only 14!? And she had it when she was fucking younger!?"jack whispered but yelling
"Yeah also my step dad gave me some papers about why he was fired and such"I said they read it and sighed and handed me back jack walked outside he sad as well like conor but conor is worse he devastated I walk downstairs to see conor passed on on his sofa bed but Evie sat on the end of it and she noticed me
"Your supposed to be outside with joe?"I said she looked back at conor
"I know I said I'm getting a drink to him but...I wanna spend time with conor while I have the chance"she said I sighed
"You will once he wakes up so go to joe and jack"I said she got up and gave me a look
"You boys will never understand me will you"she said and ran upstairs and conor woke up and he saw me
"Must have fallen asleep song writing"he yawned
"Song writing?"I questioned
"Yeah me and Anth are gonna do a little pice need to write my part got a bit of how I feel right now but not to show right now"he said and started sitting up
"How is she?"He asked
"Fine but is it true that she could get sent back because of Croat cases regularly?"I asked he nodded and sighed
"How are you feeling then?"I asked
"Shit mate honestly golf didn't cheer me up at all..."Conor said I nodded and I explained the paperwork about him being fired at etc
"Well erm there something you should know about the paper work?"I said he was readin it then he eyes widened
"Her dad gave her one of those fucking pills when she was young?!"he said I nodded
"He gonna Get his ass kicked in court as much as I can..."he said
Conor POV
"I know your mad but like we said let's just put everything behind us and enjoy the holiday"Caspar said...how can I fucking enjoy the holiday if The night we come home screaming in tears because she being taken away from me!
"That isn't the point Caspar it's all games and then it turns into war! I'm tired of this old man trying to get his child back so he can just beat her and raping her then all there left is me me to rotting behind bars for me being innocent and giving Evie a better life than he did ever and one she deserves"I said conor was speechless he understood what I meant I got up and walked upstairs and outside I hear Evie giggling with jack joe and josh they noticed me I smiled
"Hay!"I said coming into shot we chatted for a bit and I pulled Evie a side
"Wanna go for a walk down to the beach or something just me and you"I said he nodded but she looked worried and she ran to get her shoes and I exchanged looks with jack and I walked back inside with Evie waiting near the door and I opened the door and we walked down to the beach
"So...back to London soon"I said she nodded
"Is this some type of serious talk?"she asked me I looked at her
"Kind of but I'll make it nicer I suppose"I said
"Can we go get an ice cream and sit down then?"she asked I nodded and we walked down and we got some ice creams and sat down
"So...do you understand the situation?"I say awkwardly she looked up at me an nodded
"Will I have to leave you?"She asked I looked at her and sighed
"I dunno sweetheart but I will make sure you don't go back with your dad"I said
"You have to listen to the police conor though what if I have to go to my dad"she said
"Like last time you can stay with Caspar and your dad and jack and Caspar will be around and of the other boys"I said
"I feel safer with you though"she said I looked at her and a tear slipped down my face
"Conor? Are you...crying?"She asked I wiped my eyes and looked at her
"Look I'll do anything to get you with me but if I push it to far I could end up in prison for nothing and you'll be back in the adoption centre and probably eventually back with your dad unfortunately that's what I'm think will happen"I said she started to cry as I was telling her
"No"she cried
"I can't do anything while I'm in prison I sorry!"I said and put my head on the table
"I love you"she said crying and I slowly look up at her crying I've made a mess of things I've basically scared her About what I told her my anxiety got to me I sighed
"I love you too but what I just said nothing will happen like that my anxiety got to me just please come and spend most of your time with me this holiday"I said she nodded she wasn't crying any more she just wiped her last tears and we had finished our ice creams I got up and hugged her and I see all the boys walking up to us Evie didn't see them yet but they all gave me a nice smile I looked at jack and Caspar and they nodded and smiled a bit more I laughed a little then Evie noticed them after she let go of the hug
"Big news!"benji said Caspar and josh's friend and now our friend for South Africa
"Evie your dancing at this festival tomorrow!"Caspar said
"Wait what!?"she said and a smile grew on her face
"And conor you might be singing buddy!"josh said I smiled
"Ah nice! Never done a South Africa set before!"I said
"You will do tomorrow maybe!"joe said I laughed I looked at Evie and we smiled and we all headed onto the beach and we all played with a ruby ball by the sea while Caspar and Evie was kinda in the sea for a bit laughing and doing Snapchat videos and instagram story and selfies
And moments like this I think to myself what my life would be like with out Evie...miserable
