Sat in court watching her birth dad slowly crumble and judges are trying to get the truth out of him he looked over at me and I gave him a mung smile he knew he fucked up sh why couldn't he say the truth

"The girl had the confidence to come with a file to what you did to employers at a job you use to have so how can we believe you didn't rape her and also abuse her and kidnap her and also get her taken away from her adopted farther over silly mistakes so they couldn't be together even though they have a special bond..."someone asked

"How do you know they have a special bond"Evie's birth dad said I quitely sighed...he pathetic for a 40 yr old man!

"So if everyone face the screen you will know we have evidence"the judge said and we looked at the screen as popped up was Evie...

'Conor isn't my real dad but I love him more than my birth dad...why I got taken away from conor and a few months went by I realised I had to do something myself because conor doesn't deserve this my birth dad does...and to my birth dad...I hope you realised what a mistake you made'

"So...no more questions you honour"one said said

"I have a few questions for conor"the main judge asked and I walked up to the front

"So conor...What does Evie mean to you"the judge asked

"When I heard the girl story after adopting her I knew I couldn't let her go she meant everything to me what ever I did and do she was on my mind if she wasn't around me...I love her and the thought of her been taken away from me left me numb"I said

"What did you do when she wasn't around anymore"the judge asked

"Well I resulted in just not doing anything I was full of sadness my friends and family started to worry about me"I said

"I know your quite well know of social media and so is she after she got adopted by you so did you hear anything about her on social media"the judge asked

"Yeah loads of things I heard she was seen with other people and I thought she moved on and forgotten about me and that made me feel worse"I said

"I guess she hasn't though"the judge smiled at me I smiled back and looked at my feet

"Yeah..."I said and I looked at my feet

"No more questions"the judge said and I went to walk off and sat down

"I now end this court case of who pleads guilty"I said

"I now find Evie's brith dad guiltily due to the lies he said in other court cases that attach to this one you'll be facing 5 years in prison"the judge said I grew a smile on my face a little and I looked at my feet again

"Conor Maynard you will be allowed to collect your legally adopted child tomorrow at 8:30 am..."the judge said and hearing those words I had the best feeling ever...i get to see her again! Finally!

"Thank you for facing the court case"the judge said

Caspar POV
"I still don't get why we couldn't come!"jack said

"Yeah but its court isn't it they normally strict like that"joe said and they was a knock at joes door that made us all jump...it's conor...the anticipation is killing me I wanna know if he gets her back joe ran to answer the door and I upset conor was stood there and came in moodily all us boys knew and our faces changed into a frown

"Oh god"I sighed...it was useless Evie's birth dad won

"I just can't even believe it..."Conor said sadly

"Conor mate...I'm sorry she only 14 remember"josh said

"Yeah they might be another way"Mikey said

"How Mikey...Evie tried and it's just useless"Oli said

"I mean...she has to be back with us"jack said

"Yeah its a shame that I won't get her back until tomorrow at 8:30 am"conor said I looked at him confused so did the other boys

"Wait...What?"Oli said conor face turned into a smile

"I got her back"he laughed all us boys started freaking out with excitement we basically all jumped off the sofa hugging conor and he was the last to hug me

"Half of it is a thanks to you caspar"conor said Bro hugging me

"Who knew a 14 year old could do all that!"
