1) Prologue

//This story starts off a little slow//

"Zor honey do you mean to tell me our ENTIRE! Kingdom rests on the shoulders of our overly extroverted daughter, a witc-I mean wizard, a thief and a bad may I add and a pyromaniac fairy!, I understand that was desperate but we can't be that desperate!"

Zoricus chuckled his voice echoing off the walls.

"Xenia my Queen, they are very well trained-"

One the castles knight burst through the door.

"Your majesty's Princess Celeste insulted Princess Ellyn and I believed they were about to fight in the town center.

Xenia looked like she was about to explode.

High pitched cackles were heard echoing off the wall in the hallway that connected to the throne room.

"Ellyn sweetheart no need to even worry about that stupid Celeste girl once I finally get Xenia out of the way and marry Zoricus we'll just excommunicate her"

Another revolting cackle was heard even closer than before.

"I was about to take away Celeste's funds for wanting to fight princess Ellyn but I'm thinking maybe we should have mother and daughter bonding time and beat both their as-"

The knight from before rushed out the throne nearly getting hit when someone pushed the doors open violently.

The door opened and revealed the pasty mother and daughter duo Queen Lenora and Princess Ellyn who walked in like they owned the place.

"King Zoricus how lovely to see you, have you finally decided to get rid of that dirty dark-skinned woman you call a wife"

Queen Lenora spoke like Queen Xenia wasn't stand right next to her husband.

"Lenora please refrain from blatantly speaking disrespectfully towards my wife"

Zoricus growled out.

Lenora walked over to Zoricus brushing her hand up and down his arm.

"Oh, honey leave the growling for when we're in the bedroom"

Lenora said trying to be seductive but ended up looking constipated.

Zoricus pulled off the rubber ties that held his long dark locks his once straight hair thicken and become a mane.

Lenora's eyes filled with fear along with Ellyn's who hadn't said a word.

"Y-Y-Your of beast kin"

Zoricus smirked.

"You know every person you've probably come in contact with in this Kingdom is most likely of beast kin"

Lenora and Ellyn visibly shuddered.

As many time as she's come to this Kingdom trying to pursue King Zoricus you would think she would've noticed all the pups and cubs running around and to be so racist in a time were different species are flourishing it seems history does tend to repeat itself, it's 400 years since oppression on beast kin stopped they really need to get out of that mindset.

Lenora scoffed in disgust.

"So you married the darkest women on this planet instead of someone who is fair and in your skin range and you have a Kingdom filled with such an inferior species...Zoricus I'm truly disappointed in your surrounded by filth... It's disgusting"

As soon as the words left here mouth Zoricus had both Lenora and Ellyn pinned by their necks against the wall.

"It's one thing to talk about my wife and her beautiful chocolate skin, and it's another to talk about the lovely people that reside in my kingdom but to insult my species after thousands of years of your species enslaving the beast-folk you have had the nerve to call us disgusting you know what's disgusting the fact that you feel since your white and human your superior, if you haven't noticed every species or civilization that showed you kindness you enslaved so don't you DARE! talk to me about disgusting!"

Zoricus said dropping them both on the floor leaving them gasping for air.

Zoricus was panting and the look in his eyes said he was going to kill them both.

Xenia walked over to Zoricus and the minute her hand was in his, rage melted right off him and it was replaced with guilt once he realized what Xenis just had seen him do.

"Lenora your so desperate marry Zoricus but do even realized that you don't even have the basic abilities to calm him down, I've been married to Zoricus for 23 years and I've his good sides and his bad if you can't handle the fact that he's of beast-kin how are you going to handle him when he shifts out of anger!?"

Xenia took a deep breath and sighed.

"What about Kaisen he's the sweetest guy ever and this is how you treat him by running off and trying to seduce someone else's husband for what? so you can with an attractive King maybe it's because he has money, you know what give one reason that would show me that your what's best for him and this Kingdom!"

Xenia yelled.
