got this idea from FWIPS on tumblr..... Basically lance gets captured by (hag)gar and is a bitch obviously. She makes lance feel insecure but then my baby boi becomes a boss. The rest is in the fanfiction so read it. Ill try to post as much as I can...
Haggar run toward Lance at a frightening speed. He quickly dodged her attack, moving to the right, But it was like she already knew. She used her powers to knock him across the area and hit the wall, blood coming out of his mouth. Then she was in front of him grabbing him by the shirt and throwing him around like a dog.
His blood splattered against the wall as she used her magic to swing him around. Haggar lifted Lance up and dropped him down. She stepped onto his face.
" I thought you had more fight than this Lance"
Lance could feel her bringing up his insecurity's, rummaging through his mind to distract him. Telling him he is useless and broken.
But then a clear voice in his head saying "it's time lance" He felt energy flouting threw him. He felt powerful, whole and a bit of pain.
"I will give you strength to fight, but not as a soldier , not as a paladin , not as a child." the voice said.
Lance cried out as he rose from the ground, a bright light surrounding the arena making it so anyone watching could only see white. Haggar was shot back to edge and hit the wall. When the light died down there was Lance In a new suit of amour, eyes glowing, with fangs and a sword that was his bayard.

"Now you fight as a beast, a LION OF VOLTRON!" the voice said in his mind.
Haggar cowered in fear as Lance approached, he raised his sword.
"I am not broken, or useless, or a 7th wheel. I am Lance the heart of Voltron, a lion of Voltron."
He plunged the sword into her, not killing her but bet it hurt like hell. Lance then took out the sword, looking up at Zarkon.
" and you, I will fucken destroy you and your empire. Your going to wish I never found the blue lion that day. I am going to make your life miserable. But not right now, I have business to attend to."
Then Lance, like the badass he is, walked the fuck out of the arena. He strutted down the hall, the guards were to scared to even move toward him. He hopped into a fighter ship and blasted off into space.
It had been months since Lance's disappearance, Shiro and Keith turned into a walking depression act. Nothing any of the team could say to them would make them feel any better. They trained all day and as far as the rest on the team knew (cause they has ears) they weren't having sex anymore. It was depressing.
Today they had a meeting I the observation deck.
" As you all know, we have been searching for....... Lance for months and have come up with nothing. I Think it's time we have a ceremony for him." Allura states.
" What the fuck Allura he isn't dead" said pidge.
"He is out there some where probably hurt" said Keith. Shiro wrapped his arms around him.
"I'm not giving up on my best friend" said Hunk.
Allura sighed and looked at Coran, he gave her a sad look. Just as she opened her mouth the alarms started blaring. She rushed to look.
"There is a lone fighter jet approaching the ship. They haven't sent any pager."
"Do you think its the Blade?" Shiro asked.
No one said anything as the ship grew closer, it moved toward the lion hangars.
" We should make sure that the person on that ships is not an enemy." said Allura.
They all walked toward the hanger and apparently the fighter ship was heading for blue's hanger. Once all of them walked in they saw the ship parked in the hanger. The door to the ship and they all just stopped and stared.

Lance walks out wrapping his arm, everybody's mouths drop open.
"LANCE!!!" they all screamed.
