CHAPTER 9: a friendly guy

Jennifer's POV

I was turning red seeing him this close. He had such soft and plumpy lips and I noticed his crooked tooth through the small opening of his lips. He was amazing.. the whole time he was looking at me, into my eyes and then I saw him smirk..

Then he quickly let go which I didn't really like. I felt good in his arms, like I was safe

What's wrong with me
He doesn't even like you jennie..

I stumbled and quickly steadied myself then I quickly searched for a place. At last I was stuck with stupid Lauren and just as I sat she started barking at me..

"YOU DID THAT ON PURPOSE DIDN'T YOU?! Just so he could catch you.." she yelled at me

"What's wrong with you? I actually fell and why do you have a problem if he caught me??" I said back to her

I saw jimin shooting a slight glance at our side and I quickly shut my mouth and ignored Lauren throughout the ride..

I leaned my head on the window and closed my eyes, soon I drifted off to a deep sleep.

"Uh..jennie, Jennie! Wake up"

"Jake pls go away, let me sleep" I mumbled grabbing his arm and putting it away

"Jennie.. we're at school, I'm not Jake"

Shoot..

I opened my eyes to look at none other than park Jimin

"Uh i-im sorry, I was uh.." I quickly got up and took my bag, I glanced around to see only him and me left in the bus.

"It's ok, you're a deep sleeper" he said and made his way as he chuckled lightly which caused my heart to skip a beat..

I went out and breathed in the fresh air as I saw the bold and big letters in front of me

"WINGS HIGHSCHOOL"

I quickly checked my timetable

1st period: history
2nd period: maths
3rd period: science

Sigh... I quickly ran and went to history class before I was late

Thank God jimin was not here and I peacefully sat down beside a girl, I saw lisa waving at me and the teacher entered the class.

Now she was explaining a boring lesson about some ancient stuff.. I yawned and looked around, I saw a boy looking at me from the left and I assumed it was v. I see him with jimin mostly and I guess they're good friends. I played with the zipper on my jacket when the bell rang

I went to the locker to keep my books when I was suddenly surprised when there was someone standing near my locker when I shut the door

"Hey, what's your name?" He asked me

"Jennie.." I replied

"I'm Jackson" he said flashing me a smile

"Hmm.." I said and went to maths class

The class started and I was thinking about today morning. What happened between me and Jimin.. I blushed when I remembered his face and his surprised expression when he quickly let go and realized what he did

He was cute

Suddenly I felt a pain in the back of my head as I cleared my thoughts and looked down. It was a piece of crumbled paper which was in a shape of a ball. I looked to the direction where it was thrown from and saw Jackson saying me to open it

I took the paper and opened it

"Wanna ditch class?" It read

"R u mad? Mrs Philips will kill us" I wrote and threw back

"Nah it'll be fine" he threw back to me

"Alright.." I finally replied

Then we both made excuses to get out of class and we're now in the hallway.

"So now what?" I asked him

"We'll play and talk or something"

After 15 minutes

I was laughing so hard that I almost teared up. Jackson was the funniest person I ever met and he was really kind. I laughed at him as he did funny impersonations and made funny faces. Now I was surprised when he said he could speak more than 4 languages and he could also beatbox

"Wow, you're really talented" I said him

"Ya but there's this friend of mine but he's a senior. And he can speak fluent English too" he said as I nodded

Then the bell rang..

"K bye Jackson"

"Byee"

I met Lisa later and talked with her, I told her all about my day and she told me hers too. We had a good talk with each other and I was really happy. I told her about what happened

"Omg! I totally ship you both gurl!" She said

"Silly Lisa, it's not like that, it just made me feel weird"

"That's what's called LOVE" she giggled

"Anyways did you ask v out yet?" I asked raising my eyebrows

"No.."

"Why not" I asked

"Idk it's like I'm scared? Idk just leave about that"

"You want me to tell him?" I smirked

"No don't! Hajima! I'll make rumors about you and Jimin then!" she said as I shushed her when I heard jimin and V's voice from backside

"Shit..they were here the whole time" I said Lisa not turning back

"No they just came now, and let's listen to what they're talking" she said as she leaned her face a bit near

"Yah, that's rude we shouldn't do that"

Should we?

"Shut up" she said

"Taehyung-ah I moved to the new dorm" jimin was saying

"Wah, I'll come there someday soon" v said back

"Jimin are they all males or..?" I heard v chuckle as he said that

I saw lisa catch her breath..

"Yah! Of course all are males you idiot!" Jimin smacked V's head

For some reason I was relieved..

"Keep your voice down, I think we're talking too loudly"

"Uh...Lisa lets go" I said and grabbed her arm as I pulled her away

"That was very rude miss" I said to Lisa as we headed to our next class

"But it was fun, besides you were up for it" she chuckled

"Uh..jennie" I turned around to see tae

"Ah! You surprised me" I said and looked back

Are we caught?

"You left your phone in the class"

"Uh oh thanks" I said and took it from his hand

"Uh..hi Lisa" he said and quickly turned back

"Wow I think he likes you lisa. Lisa?" I looked beside me to find her completely in a daze

I laughed and shook her

"Let's goo" I said and we both headed to our next class which was science..

I was relieved that I didn't see jimin still now..
