You trug silently though the forest. How you got there, is up to you. The sunlight dapples the surrounding ferns and trees, giving a mystical feeling. Like something out a movie or fairy tale. The sound of fresh water running is just beyond the ferns. A small river splashed and jumped in a clearing of trees. Sparkling pebbles glistened like crystals along the river bank. As you take a closer look, you notice not one of the stones were alike. All had some shape of pattern imprinted on them. One was dark grey with lilac, snowflake like shapes imprinted on it. Another one nearby was light grey with red, rose shapes on it. No wonder they glitter under the sun, there are crystals embedded in each and every stone, interesting but odd. You cross the river and continue into the trees on the other side. You hear rustling from various animals in the undergrowth. An occasional bird chirps from a nearby tree or overhead. A robin with a particularly bright red underbelly flies overhead and perched on a branch in front of you, its brown eyes blinked as it looked at you. It then fluttered to a branch, a few feet away, where it sat and waited. You decide to follow it as it continues its path. Eventually it stops on a large oak tree and stares silently at you, almost judging and analyzing you. It chirps sweetly before stopping, then started up again. It continued the same pattern before stopping completely. A tabby cat bounds out of the undergrowth. She meows excitedly, skidding to a stop at the base of the oak. Her fore paws on the trunk of the tree, gazing up at the robin. They seemed to be communicating, some how, with mews and chirps. After a while, the robin flew off with one last chirp at the the tabby. Once the robin left, the tabby turned to you, she padded forward toward you. She meows at you, motioning with her tail to follow. Her eyes shone with warmth and trustworthiness. Then begins to walk way into the forest. She turns to glance back to you, he eyes glistening multiple colors in the sunlight, waiting. She seems to want to show you something. A light grey wolf with a fluffy tail steps out behind you. The tips of her ears and tail tinted bright red. She barks, coming up to you, nudging you the opposite direction of the cat. Her dusky reddish brown eyes shimmered with mystery and confidence as she settled herself in front or you and looks at you, waiting. Her tail flicking casually. Whom do you trust? The wolf or the cat?
